I bought the largest Bundt cake and three dozen smaller ones. I asked for three plastic containers that they use for the medium size cakes. That is because we were celebrating a coworkerās goodbye in the hospital, and three colleagues could not make it because they were in the wards. They said they couldnāt give me any. I asked if I could have that as an exception and that I could pay for it. They still said no that they were only for the medium cakes. There were some brown paper bags on the side of the counter. I asked if I could have three, and they consented. I paid over $140 for those cakes that day. I asked if as a favor I could ask this one time for those plastic containers, then, in the future if I came, I would come with my own containers if I needed to do that. I let them know I had bought from their locations several times. The front office staff asked Manager in the back, and came back with the answer no yet again. I took the brown paper bags and thanked them. As I was leaving, I asked for my receipt because I had pre-ordered the large cake and paid on the phone for them to decorate it. She said she had thrown it away. I asked if I could get another receipt because I keep a log of my receipts. She declined, saying that they do not have that option. This was a subpar visit. Cakes are great, store is beautiful, but staff need to have clearance to do some small things that make the customer experience so much better. I had asked about the rewards she said she was not trained to put In the rewards into the system which if Iām honest is kind of frustrating because you expect for the cashier to at least know what the bakery offers. Ok that happened she threw the cakes into the bag and rolled her eyes I said āthat is not the way you should treat your customers you should at least say thank youā and the 2 other employees started to gang up on me saying for what doing her job ? And both rolling their eyes the manager came out almost seemed scared of this employees she did not apologize whatsoever and the employees proceeded to say that I did not need to be there ? Like how are you going to say that if Iām a customer I was coming in because I had huge pregnancy craving for cake specially from nothing budnt cakes I decided to just get a refund and under their breath where talking about me. That is so unacceptable nothing Bundt cakes should really see what is going on their franchises and should not let their employees treat people this way. I will not be ordering from this store anymore. Furthermore, the person behind the counter was on the phone with a customer, so I was respectful and waited until she was off the phone to tell her I'm here to pick up my order. In the meantime, a woman came in after me, proceeded to the counter and "shoved" her phone to the face of the person behind the counter. Mind you, the person behind the counter was still talking on the phone to a customer. The person behind the counter did not appreciate that I waited until she was off the phone. She didn't thank me for waiting. At least I didn't "shove" my phone to her face to let her know I was there to pick up my order. I've been going to this store for many years because the people who work behind the counter are always nice and personable. Today was the last day I will be giving this particular Nothing Bundt Cake store...
