The spa Habitat sets the example for all of the above and then some! The amazing ladies at Spa Habitat truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. With an instant greeting, beautiful smiles and eager hearts your journey to pure bliss begins. My sister and I have spent our lives traveling and experiencing every spa this country has to offer. Our mother even owned a spa which exposed us to proper techniques, customer service and expectations of what a day at the spa should be. We have yet to find a spa that could compare until we found the Spa Habitat! This place has the most unique experience you could ask for. From your own personal locker, a personal heating pad that is placed around your neck, a cup of warm tea made to your liking and service that you would expect from a world class spa! We personally had the pleasure of meeting and working with Micah (LMT), Molly (LMT), Krista (EST), Brooke (EST), Macole and Leslie. Macole was very personable and made sure I was assisted as soon as I walked in. I have to say this was a very unique experience. Katie was so awesome. She took the time to find out what my concerns were with my skin, and customized a facial for me. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire facial. When I got up I literally looked like a different person. I’ve been glowing since. Katie recommended 4 products which we’re around $150 in total, however they are sooo worth it! All their products are organic and plant based. A little does go a very long way, and I’m able to maintain the moisture I achieved from the facial. I got this facial yesterday and I can literally see a significant difference in my acne, and the bags under my eyes. Extremely disappointed in the service at this spa over the last year or so. I have been going here for several years with no issues, however the past three times, I have continuously been getting more and more disappointed in this place. First time I scheduled a foot massage in addition to my massage, it was mediocre at best - not worth the money. Second time I came in to use my gift card I was given only to find out whoever issued the gift card gave us a used one with no money on it. They didn’t know how to solve the issue so I waited there for around an hour while they made multiple phone calls. Most recently I scheduled a massage, arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told 20 minutes later no one showed up and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone else to even give me a massage so I left.
