Paleteria la azteca — Restaurant in Dallas

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a paleteria. First, the girls working did not care to greet me when I walked in. I was the only customer there, so it was not difficult to see I had come in. I ended up ordering a scoop of mango ice cream and a large champurrado. The girl taking my order had to discuss with another worker if they even had any (the special sign is still posted as you see in the picture). I then notice that she goes to a fridge to get it and proceeds to microwave the champurrado. I know what you are thinking, at this point I should have said I no longer wanted it and left with the scoop of ice cream. However, I stuck it out and almost 5 minutes later, she finally gets ready to pour the champurrado in my to-go cup but not before she decided to respond to something on her phone. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. Plus, the champurrado tasted burnt after being microwaved. I literally took two sips and threw away the rest.
