not really good experiences at all , i will never buy anything on this location again,,,, i saw an employed grabbing food in the back with a long hair loose ,, i ask why she dint have a hairnet on it ,,, she respond im on break ,,, and keep grabbing food from the display putting on a plate ,,, after i left that section , i found the manager which by the way is super rude person ,,, i mention the issue and he respond ohh are you the guy that call last time for a compliant ,, we have a lot people like you everyday ,,, in that moment he make me realize that he is the problem ,, but i guess he dosn't have the minimum idea about management an store ,,, Mr. manager ... if you accepting that im not the only one that complains on daily basis at the store that you are supposed to be management makes me realize that obviously there is a lot issues that needs to be address in the store ,,, he denied provided the 1800 or a contact person for complains ,,, we argued about the situation for a bit ,, and he had the nerve to tell me ,, well you see what happen looks like you love to make a show in the store ,,, not sir you are the one who makes all the show with your attitude ,,,, manager is not just a title ,, been a manager is to learn how to handle a situation like these and not loose control ,,,, specially with the words that is conning out of your mouth ,,,,, that can make to scale it even worth's the situation ,,, i accepted was my mistake for tying to talk to you ... i have inform the city about these matters which this is what i should be done from the beginning staring having a confrontation with you ,, but the way my first complain was about store having a lot fly's by the meat...

I love having this grocery store nearby. It’s my favorite place to get fresh tortillas, and they also carry produce and refrigerated items that are hard to find elsewhere. I often pick up things like Japanese sweet potatoes and fresh cactus, which I appreciate having access to so close to home.
Their deli section is another highlight. You can buy fresh items like pico de gallo, queso, salsa, and even sliced bacon in whatever quantity you need. It makes quick meals and snacks really convenient, and the quality is usually excellent.
The one problem I’ve had over the years is with the tortillas. Most of the time they’re fresh and delicious, but every now and then I get a pack that is clearly from the day before. If you’re used to fresh tortillas, the difference is obvious. When that happens, I have to go back for a refund, which is inconvenient. Communication can also be a bit tricky since most employees do not speak English, though I can manage with a translation app.
The bigger concern is trust. If the store advertises daily fresh tortillas, then every pack should meet that standard. I hope they tighten up that part of their process, because this store has so much going for...
