I am Honduren and they sell 2 cultural dishes from Honduras, called "pollo con tajadas" (a pickled salad on top of fried chicken and fried plantain chips) and "baleadas" (a large flour tortilla folded in half with beans, meat, scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado, and sour cream in the middle). They're so good and I orden them both with everything. I also recommend the "atol de elote" (sweet corn puree/beverage) on their regular menu. I always order pupusas here.
