DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I tried this place for the second time even though the service wasn't very good the first time. This time it was worse. I walked in looking like I worked in construction because my wife and I have been remodeling our business. Which is not my normal attire because I'm a nurse and my wife is an esthetician. I purchased $25 worth of food and asked for some extra soy sauce and duck sauce. The lady at the register told me that they only give 2 of each. When I looked at her in disbelief, she reluctantly gave me 2 more soy sauces and 1 more duck sauce. I didn't say anything, took it, and just left. When I got home, I made plates for me and my kids. While we were watching TV and eating I notice that I bit into something with a strange texture. I reached into my mouth and pulled out a clump of hair that looked like it came from someone's hairbrush. I almost vomited. I took my kids' food and went to take it back. When I arrived and explained what happened, the same lady looked at me like I was lying and tried to say it didn't come from them. I took off my hat and showed her that I was almost bald and the hair was straight while the little that I have is curly. She attempted to debate with me. I explained that I was a business owner and would never treat my customers in this manner. She then reluctantly gave me $26 and I went to my car to write this review. While I was sitting in my car she came out in the rain and said that she my food was $24 and she gave me $26, so I owe her $2. I looked at her like she was crazy and told her the $2 was for my time and trouble, and I rolled up the window. This place is a perfect example of a restaurant that opens in an area that is less affluent and thinks that they can provide horrible customer service and people will continue to patronize them. This type of service would never be tolerated in McKinney or Frisco. Why should we tolerate it here?

Ordered shezahn beef and got mostly diced carrots, celery and alot of whole peanuts. Hardly any beef and the few piece there was was so gummy. Ride was bland, egg roll was nothing special. Only thing I liked and was edible was the egg drop soup. This is not good Chinese take out and if someone in these reviews says it’s the best they are lying out their teeth. I can’t trust their best judgement because this place is just not good.

My daughter and I went there bought two large orders of fried rice they gave us one soy sauce and one duck sauce a piece and she asked if she could have a couple of more because there were two orders the cashier said they charge for each package she had the money but where is the customer service? Really you don't just give one package of soy sauce and one duck sauce with two large orders of fried rice she was very rude and very sarcastic the cook outside with his apron on and that's very germy I'm in the professional field myself and we're not allowed to go outside with our smocks on that's germy and nasty there's no professionalism there at all that apron is germy after going outside with it on had I known that I wouldn't have eaten there won't be back again until they go out and inspect that place again I can't see how they're staying in business nasty thumbs down won't see me there anymore and you don't wash your hands when you go back in and start preparing food for customers again nope...

I called and order some food from there and, I was trying to order and the cashier put me on hold for about 20 30 minutes, me and my husband called back, I asked her why did she put me on hold, and she told me it took me long to get my order, so she put on hold and took care of the walk-in and I was throw ordering and asking for some hot mustard and she put the down an proceeded to do something else. I am a senior citizen and we can't think sometimes real quick, so therefore she just didn't have the patience to deal with me. So that let that I'm sure she have done that to other customers and made them feel a bit angry, Too me I think they should get someone work and take care of the customers and be polite without having a attitude, because they couldn't talk faster. That can run customers off and not go back there. But she had a very standing attitude that shouldn't be behind the counter serving people. That's why people get hurt on these jobs because there...
