For brand new location, it feels like all the other rundown locations in Dallas! The crew turnover is astounding for a new place! I order via the mobile app for pick up because this location doesn't deliver. Every time I get there, the order is either not ready or half the items are missing! Last night was no exception! I wanted to utilize an app coupon so I decided to go in and not take a chance on the drive thru or mobile ordering. Upon my arrival, there were several people looking very disgruntled. They went through the drive-thru and NONE of the orders were correct! The crew they had were a bunch of teens who didn't seem to care and were too busy trying to be funny to get the orders correct! Once it was my turn, I showed them the coupon and he started ringing up the order. This is where things went south! I ordered a 5pc meal which comes with 2 regular sides and 2 biscuits. Nowhere in the app or any sign posted does it say there is an upcharge for wanting 2 breast to be part of the 5 pieces of chicken! The crew member argued with me when I pointed it out. I got charged for 6 pieces of chicken and only walked out with 5. The math just doesn't add up! If the app or a sign posted said no substitutions or there is a surcharge I wouldn't have an issue! But there wasn't and so I shouldn't have been charged for 6 pieces of chicken when all I got was 5! 2 breast, 2 drumsticks, and 1 thigh is 5 PIECES AND THAT IS ALL I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR! These companies always find ways to screw the public. I can't even eat their food because of my FULL SPECTRUM SEAFOOD ALLERGY! They refuse to adhere to health codes and cook their shrimp dishes in separate oil from the chicken and fries. Got there, dining room locked @ 7:20p in contradiction to posted 10p time. No notice on door. Used drive thru. I was the only customer. Ordered 5 piece spicy chicken bone-in meal. Got home made salad & opened box. Only 2 pieces [1 of which was a tiny drumstick]. Drove back. Line now had 9 cars. Waited 29 minutes in that line. Got to window, asked for a manager. 3 times asked & cashier refused to call manager. Said were busy with orders. I told him I have a paid order that they messed up. He kept talking to lady behind. He finally came back & said pull around to entrance & they will be out. I said 'NO'. There were all ready 7 to 9 cars behind me. I said, ' I want this take care of right here, right now.' Finally got the lady he had been talking to to all this time who had been working beside / behind him the whole time came to window. I will leave her name out. Polite, smiling, listened then replaced order. GUESS WHAT? Got home & order was wrong again ‼ 5 chicken strips regular, not spicy meal. So score for these TWO VISITS Negative 0 / -F. The way I was treated today was unacceptable. I used to love this location but I won’t be returning after today. Earlier I was made fun of by the manager and cashier. Whom thought I lied about using a coupon that was online. When I went to my phone to show the manager she laughed in my face and continued to joke with the cashier. I was so mad and felt embarrassed that I called the store to talk to the manager. The cashier answered and continues to hang up in my face. I asked for his name he told me he was the manager and hunged up in my face again. Knowing that the lady was the manager. I called back one more time to ask for corporate number he told me it’s online and hung up in my face. I’ve never been treated like that. I got home and called corporate and only to open my food that was stale and the fries wasn’t done. Please hire people with better customer service and knowledge of the online coupons. I really didn’t appreciate the treatment I receive from an overgrown woman and young man.I believe he purposely gave me old chicken. Didn’t get my breast. I was not satisfied with service today....
