i NEVER leave reviews because i understand working in food service sucks and you have to deal with entitled and rude people all the time (coming from someone who’s only worked food service/customer service jobs), but the people at this popeye’s are genuinely so rude for no reason. i am always very kind to service workers, even when my order is wrong or i am missing items. so when they forget my sauce with my meal every single time, i go back in to ask for my sauce and it’s like i’m being interrogated. “did you ask for sauce” “…yes” then they roll their eyes and hand me my sauce with attitude every single time. i’m not even rude about it so i don't understand where the attitude is coming from. save that energy for people that actually are rude to you.

one time they didn’t put a biscuit in my 8 piece nugget combo and when i told them that, they told me my combo doesn’t come with a biscuit. i ordered on the app and pulled it up to show them that it does. i get an eye roll and a biscuit handed to me with attitude. truly terrible service even when customers aren’t being difficult or rude in any way. they also somehow manage to mess up my order every single time. i don’t enjoy having to walk back in and ask for my forgotten items either, but that’s literally on you, not me. i could stay in the drive thru and hold up the line, but i choose to park and go in because i don’t want to mess up their drive times or keep people waiting.

it’s mostly night shift workers i have issues with, i’m assuming a lot of them are high schoolers or something. my advice to them is to save the negative energy for actual difficult customers and stop being so damn rude to people that are being nice to them. it’s left a bad taste in my mouth, and now i rarely go here. if they’re rude to me when i do go now, they’re getting it right back because i’m sick of them treating me like this when all i’m trying to do is be kind about...

Popeyes Louisiana style, what I love about Popeye's Chicken the spicy chicken it's so good it'll knock you off your feet. Sometime we like a little spice in my life not too much spice but you can't go wrong and Popeyes. My experience I enjoy the service that they gave us. And also the friendliness and kindness that they showed us. Oh man have you ever taste a french fries and ask them to cook a fresh please don't hurt yourself. Have you ever will sitting down in front of the television and the commercial come on when the lady talkin about the Popeyes Cajun Shrimp Basket awesome shrimps. And if you ever taste their dirty rice ask them to pull a little gravy in your dirty rice. I'm hurting myself right now talking about it you can't go wrong in there though Popeyes just got it goin on I say. I wish I can shake the owner's hand myself. And check this out my husband love there are mild chicken I guess what you do he dip it into ranch dressing and he said his head saying this don't make no sense either. I'm just a customer that don't holdback all my experience at different places that we go to. Is really good that we letting other people no I experienced in these places that we go to each and every day. Good or bad experience we just letting it be known. I'm just a well-known person in this community taking each day of my life enjoy it to the fullest. It was prime lunch time hours and they had the doors locked. There were employees on their phones ignoring me. I went through the drive-thru and they reluctantly took my order. Then after ordering for 3 people I asked for a side of pickles, they said they don’t do that. They’ve done that before, so then a lady who thinks she’s the manager yells to the employee in Spanish: “just tell them we ran out”. Not wanting anything done to my food I stayed quiet and smiled. Once I got my order I parked and went inside because now the doors were magically unlocked. I asked why the doors were locked 5 minutes ago and the lady said oh it’s because we were waiting for staff. Man if I were the owner I’d be mad, employees are not arriving on time? I proceeded to ask for a side of pickles and they said they don’t offer sides so she had a brilliant idea, she charged me for a large rice and beans, almost $6, to give me 3 sides of pickles (so they did have pickles). What is going on at this location? Poorly managed and horrific customer service. There are plenty of food choices on Forest Ln, please go anywhere except for this Popeyes. Avoid at all cost!
