Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Dallas

You'll have to pull into half a dozen stalls before you find one with a working button and/or screen, and even if the screen tells you that someone will be with you shortly, you'll wait 10 minutes before anyone inside notices you and signals that the speaker is broken. They won't bother coming to take your order or anything, they'll just let you drive around to see if any of the other stalls are working. They aren't, really. You'll pull up to the drive-through to see if that might work, but there's no response. If you do finally find a working stall, it'll take another 10 minutes to get any food, even though the place is deserted, and you'll only stick it out that long because the kids are starving and you've already dedicated this much time to the effort. The fries and tots will be rancid from old oil, though, even at 9am. If they'd even bother to tape off broken stalls it'd be better service, but of course if they did that, people would assume the whole place was closed because most of them are broken. Don't even bother with this...

If I could give negative stars I would.First of all the lady who took our order was rude and didn't even let us finish oir orderoand cut us off and told us the price as if they were so busy with only 3 cars in the lot.Secondly,they have a bathroom located on the outside of the business near the back and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.Dirty toilet paper everywhere,the toilet had what looked like built up old poop,the floor hadn't been mopped in years clearly and the toilet seat had yellow stains all over it.If these people can't even keep a bathroom clean I don't even want to know what their kitchen looks like.Just lazy lazy people and it's very obvious.I will never order food here again I'm glad I only got a drink.Worst Sonic experience ever.These people need either new management to make sure employee's do their chore list and know common courtesy and communication skills or...

Should be Zero stars as we have had multiple issues at this location. We pulled up to the drive threw and no one greeted us after a few minutes we pulled into a stall. They guy on the speaker was rude. When our order came the fries we had asked for in our sons wacky pack were tots instead. We asked our carhop to exchage them he didn't take the tots, came back and got our receipt which says tots but not what we asked for. Then he came out and finally asked if he could get the tots which we had tried to give back orginally. You could tell the carhop was embarrassed by the back and forth. He was the only nice thing about our visit. Only to get home and find that our sons burger was also incorrect. We will gladly drive further to go another sonic besides this one. 12/5/20 around...
