Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

I work for a company right down the street and we called to ask about ordering a monthly catering for 20+ sandwhiches.. The first girl who answered yelled across the store when I asked if there was a Manager there today "Hey!! Someone on the phone wants to talk to someone in charge.." Nancy answered the phone and I asked if there was any kind of discount associated with ordering more than 10 sandwhiches if we were wanting to make it a monthly purchase and she said "I dont think so." I waited for some kind of response, assuming she might offer to make sure or information for a Manager or let me know who I could get in touch with.. when she just sat there in silence I asked if she could let me know who I could speak to before losing our business and how rude I felt like she was being, when we were trying to place a big order.. She said "We're busy and I don't have time to argue with you" and hung up the phone. I cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism that they showed and that any kind of owner would leave his business, on a Saturday, with someone like that in charge. September 7 2021. Sadly I have to change my rating because the below review no longer applies. How hard can it be to fill an online order with a sandwich, salad and three cookies? The orders are displayed to them and this order had a 30 minute window so there was really no pressure or rush. So since I had always received great service before the Covid virus closed this location down, I didn't bother to check my order. Got home and my cookies were missing. Laugh if you will but I really wanted those cookies. Called them and they said come back and we will give you 3 extra free cookies. I wasn't going to drive back for the cookies at that point and they said they would credit the charge on my card. That was five days ago and no surprise - no credit. I spent just over $27 on that order and that will be the last money they ever get from me!

Will not be ordering from here ever again. I placed a curbside pick up and on the app it said it was ready for pick up once I checked in it took them 15 minutes to get me my food. I had to call the restaurant where the lady hung up the phone then I called again and she told me that I still had to wait because she was busy with people that kept coming in way after I was there. The reason I chose a curbside pick up was because I had my daughter and dog in the car with me. She was so rude and did not even get my order right. Now I'm getting emails from a person named Clayton Hanks that is giving me some excuse saying they are usually busy during 12 to 1 pm when I did not even go at that time I went at 340pm. He is also wanting me home address to send me some coupons for some free sandwiches and he is nuts if I'm going to give a stranger my home address.
