I honestly hate to be writing this, especially after leaving such a positive review from my first experience, but today was very disappointing. I had been raving to my fiancé about this place the different kinds of ice cream and especially the birria tacos, which I’ve loved every time. Naturally, I wanted him to experience it too.
When we walked in, the customer service was not welcoming at all. Neither cashier greeted us. I even tried making conversation, mentioning how I wanted to show him the ice cream options, but both employees (one named Anthony, I didn’t catch the other’s name) just looked at each other and then pointed at the register, like “just pay.” It felt very rude and dismissive.
Because of that, I decided not to order for myself or my fiancé. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. The only thing I did purchase was my son’s favorite Cookie Monster ice cream, because he loves it.

I do not mind paying but for the service we received it was horrible. The lady that works here is definitely not happy or definitely does not enjoy what she does, the gentleman seemed stressed and very rude,You do not get welcomed or even see good customer service. You would think Latinos would be welcoming and respectful.
Elote was to buttery and very watery. So definitely not worth it! Especially for the price. I’d rather get the elote from El rancho down the road and support smaller businesses. As a business owner myself I would hate to have staff like this in my locations. If you are the owner and see my review please be aware of who you hire and who runs your business because this will be what kills your business. Followers and reputation will not keep this business alive unless your customers service matches your brand.

They answered and I asked in Spanish mind you, if they speak any english so I could describe it easier in english OR to continue talking in Spanish. She said hello I said hi can you speak any English and she just "NO!" and HUNG UP! Like what😮who does that, They clearly don't want english customers not even bilingual like me ! But they just lost💰 a ton buisness with me since EVERY WEEK I buy alot to take to soccer games ,i buy so much that EVERY place around me is sold out of what i get ,so I got on Google to find another paletaria even though I got to drive almost 30min farther, I just wanted to call before driving over there but if there that rude to customers on the phone I can only imagine how worse they act in person and what they do to the food!
