Roma's Pizza And Grill — Restaurant in Dallas

I love Roma's........BUT 3 times in a ROW I have ordered food for delivery and it has been an hour over the scheduled delivery time each time. I ordered over an hour in advance each time... I can't order online anymore from you.. the set delivery time is not respected or honored. only excuses as to why it can't be on time.... I paid an extra 10.00 for delivery on top of the fee they charged...we are exactly 2 miles from your location. beyond disappointed in this service... no refund compensation either. just cold cold cold food and lots of excuses. sorry Roma's you did me wrong 3 times in a row. that's a pattern of bad business. get this fixed!!!!! if you can't be trust worthy what...

The food was alright! A little confused since I called before going and asked if they are halal. Person on phone said everything is halal. Upon going in and ordering I decided to ask again.. I’m sure the person taking my order did not understand what halal (zabiha halal) meant. He explained the only halal items were gyro and chicken and the beef was not halal Anyway- the fries are absolutely delicious and so were the wings wow I give them both a 10/10!

It was my first time trying chicken parm and it was a no for me. Extremely saucy in my opinion. The calzone was not good either. I did get a greek calzone that had gyro meat and I’m not the biggest fan...

I wish I was hungrier because the food was so delicious, I wanted to eat more!!! We ordered the buffalo chicken specialty pizza and it was was perfect!! They use chicken breast and it tasted fresh. I hate when places use leftover rotisserie chicken, blah. Medium pizza fed three of us, 2 adults & 1 child. My husband said he was only going to eat one slice and ended up eating half the pie because it was too good. Customer service was also so great despite us being slow to order.
