Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to this Starbucks after shopping in Kroger. When I approached there was a man sitting on top of the counter with his pants half down and his underpants was on the counter and he was on the phone, and also there was a lady on her phone. I stood there for at least 60 seconds before either one looked up , when the lady looked up she says “Hi” and immediately went back to her cell phone so there I was still waiting on service meanwhile the guy never got up from off the counter and never put his phone down. Since either one was willing to offer me service because they could not put their phones down I asked “ do they have time today “ the lady responds and say “ I said Hi” well I told them he was nasty for sitting dirty azz on the counter where things are being prepared and the lady wanted to tongue wrestle with me and go back and forth I said what I said either one of them acts as if they were at work. I come in here every third wednesday morning around 7:45am to get myself a drink and my dog a pup cup. I take my pug Memo who has stage 4 lymphoma to his cancer treatments on these days so this is something small that we can enjoy together before I drop him off at the hospital, I already ordered thru the app so when I picked up my drink I asked the tall african american man with glasses (don’t know his name but if you go here you know exactly who i’m talking about) if I could also please have a pup cup for my dog. he doesn’t reply, walks away, so I thought he didn’t hear me. I waited for him to come back to ask again but he comes back with it? so I say thank you and he just walks away again, no reply doesn’t even look at me. I’ve dealt with this guy so many times before so i’m used to his annoyed attitude but on this day when i’m trying to do something for my dog who’s very sick that just really pissed me off. you never know what someone is going thru if you’re annoyed by any customer interactions then don’t work around people? this happened in April, my review got deleted (maybe just user error) and nobody reached out to me so i’m...

This was one of thenmost disrespectful encounters I have ever had. The barista clearly was in a terrible mood to have talked to me the way he did. I was patient with him, but he did not offer me the same kindness. When he came up to take my order he just stared at me. Then proceeded to lie and say he asked me what I wanted the first time. If he utter anything, it was extremely low because he was mumbling like a grinch. I gave him my order & he asked how I wanted to pay, he just kept saying "Scan Only" when I asked him if I get use my card on the app. I was a little confused, but I said okay I'll just tap to pay. I waited for my order, he barely announced the orders. So when he added a food bag, he said NOTHING. I asked people around me if they ordered food & there weren't any names on the bag! He comes back after a couple of minutes of me standing there waiting patiently and angrily says "what you waiting for?....". THE FOOD THAT I ORDER?! What the hell do you mean?
