I had the most disappointing experience on 9/28/19. It is not my first time to be dissatisfied with this location. Let me first say I suffer from bipolar. I had a specific drink and breakfast that I wanted. After waiting in the drive through line I already didnāt want to be in (my partner took me) we ordered. Upon getting to the window the boy working stated that they were out of the sandwich I wanted. He offered a croissant version. I was already in an agitated state and told my partner I didnāt want to be at this location in the first place but just get the sandwich. The boy promptly handed my drink over and stated there was no charge as he cancelled the order. We proceeded to wait for the sandwiches assuming he was fulfilling the order no charge. My partner asked about the breakfast that was ordered, the acceptable substitute and he curtly said no breakfast he already canceled the order then waved us on. Already in a mood swing this boy just dismissed us instead of handling the situation in a professional manner. If we agreed to a substitute then fulfill the order. Donāt cancel and basically say you arenāt worth my time and we donāt want your business. I have waited 24 hours to see how I feel about this incident. It is unacceptable customer service. Never in my life in any of my businesses would I dreamed of treating a guest like this and should any of my employees do so there commitment to there job would be scrutinized and I would flat out ask them if they really thought they wanted to do the job they applied for. To have been treated this way (even given my episode which I cannot help) is more than disappointing. You should really have a serious discussion with your employees especially the boy at the window yesterday on appropriate customer service. This jus reiterated my dissatisfaction with this location. Please help them to help themselves. That attitude will not serve them well anywhere...

Iāve actualky had one of the employees tel me theyāre supposed to do inventory to update the app to reflect why they accurately have. Every morning, this is not happening. Items are still available that havenāt been at this location in weeks. If youāre needing mobile app convenience and appreciate breakfast sandwiches, I would not recommend this...

I got there and waited another 15 minutes because they never made it, and my food had been burnt. Today, I intended to order from the walk up window but stood there with them not taking anyone's order for about 5 minutes. So I decided to again place my order online. In the next 10 minutes that I waited, no one at the window received their order. Someone finally got an employee's attention and they had been sitting all the orders to the side as opposed to giving them to anyone or making anyone aware that they were ready.
