Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

I am on the Keto diet and I work right next to this location but normally go to the one off of wheatland. Today I decided to visit this one during my lunch hour because its closer, but was very disappointed when they said they could not chop my salad. That is what I love so much about Subway salads and I had to instead get a regular salad that they scrimped on all the veggies and charged extra for more than 6 pieces of grilled chicken. I asked for the chicken and bacon ranch salad and they gave me the bacon in WHOLE pieces. Lol like 4 strips of bacon. What kind of salad is that?? Its cheaper at the one off wheatland and they will chop your...

Horrible service!...No greeting coming in the door, slow preparing the sandwiches in which the workers this day did NOT wipe their area before making our sandwiches. Therefore there was leftover dressings etc from previous salad/sandwiches made on my sandwich holders. Also the cashier call hisself trying to wipe up some of the food on the counter and used his bare hands!...NO GLOVES...and did NOT wash his hands before checking us out...just "shook it off". I cant stop cringing...makes me NOT want my sandwich now. Uggghh.. I cant stand my food to be made in an unclean and unsanitary space and I SEE...

I've been to this Subway several times always had good customer service until now. One of the young ladies was really professional and nice. The other One total opposite. My husband and I was in line she called a guy over told him he can get in front of us proceed to assist him. She fixed his food and he left without paying. She took her time coming to us asked could she help us. I told her NO. I waited for the other young lady and I gave her a tip. She kept apologizing.
