After reading the reviews on this restaurant I decided I would go and I am glad I went. I am from the East Coast so I am very familiar with good Chinese food and I can assure you my experience was not only pleasant by the young lady who greeted me but the food was delicious. Also, the prices was fair for the amount of food they give you. This will be my go to spot for sure.
Update: I have been going to this restaurant for 3 months ordering every week. I was ordering for someone else and I wasn't sure how the lady came to the amount she did so I went back and ask for a receipt. It was not the younger young lady who is very kind it was the older lady who needs customer training. She spoke very nasty to me because I ask for a receipt and explain how many years she had been there and she don't cheat people. First, her comments were unnecessary just for asking for a receipt and she lost a valuable customer because no one deserves to be talk to in such a matter. She should never work with customers she has a very bad attitude and disposition. Whereever I spend my money I demand respect I don't care how good your products are. No one should have to ask for a receipt it should just be given as a courtesy with the amount and taxes included.I have ordered several things twice and have received several different amounts for the same order. So if you order from this place make sure you received a receipt with the full amount and taxes included. If you are doing the right thing there would be no need for a negative response towards the customer. This restaurant gets a one ⭐ due to attitude...
Read moreWow 🤯 what a find! I visited recently while in Dallas and can’t recommend the food here enough. The star of the show during the visit was the beef in tea sauce—salty, sweet, and a little bit of spice. I can only describe as a warm, comforting hug. SO, SO GOOD. The customer service was great. Our waitress was clearly busy managing all the calls for takeout orders as well as in-person ones, but still did so with kindness and grace. She explained to us that the indoor space is a bit crowded with boxes and isn’t fully functional since some pandemic setbacks. Personally, I don’t think it took away from the experience, as anyone that knows about good food knows that it’s not limited to fancy buildings. If you’re a bit claustrophobic though, I’d recommend a to-go order.
One other thing I’d like to give a shoutout to this place for is that they give back to the community. I watched as numerous unhoused individuals came by and were provided food by the restaurant without question. It’s a blessing to see a place treat others going through a rough time with dignity...
Read moreI always hesitate to leave "bad" reviews because I know there are probably hard working folks behind the scenes trying their best to make a living, but I was really disappointed with this one. I'm visiting from out of town and was looking for some good food one night. I ordered hot and sour soup (a solid offering), fried dumplings, General Tsao's Chicken with fried rice, and an egg roll. The dumplings were disgusting. They were so dry and overcooked I couldn't physically eat them because they were too hard. The fried rice was tasteless. It's was only egg fried, with no noticible onion or other flavor giving ingredients. The Chicken was not like any General Tsao's I've had. It was more like soggy dark sauce sweet and sour with broccoli. The egg role was spring roll sized, and had an odd flavor (beef instead of pork). I threw away a lot of food. The only thing that salvaged the meal was the soup. I gave them 2 stars because they were fast and friendly, but I would not...
