This is the third time that I want to this chipotle entreated distrespectfully. I think the fact that there's Maybe a problem with communication or leadership And maybe that's why nothing is ever ready or prepped or they're always out of something Wouldn't be so bad if the employees weren't rude. I came in and the one thing that they were out of was guacamole I was told that I was going to have to wait 45 minutes for guacamole and they were also out of white rice. The employee that I was speaking with her name was susan And it wasn't the fact that they were out of everything. It was how she treated me because I asked questions about their processes and how long things would take. I definitely understand that everything is made fresh and things take time but for someone else's inconvenience Do they not have a right to ask? How long or what's next? She completely disregarded my concerns ignored me and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. I'm wondering when I have these questions and her and all of the other employees. See me setting to the side. Why it wasn't a immediate reaction to go and get a manager instead? Just let everyone pass me And disregard for my time. Finally a manager named George came out and when I was trying to speak with him directly and I asked her name she walked by Aggressively and shouted that her name was susan. I eventually contacted the Chipotle on mockingbird. I believe it is in Main and spoke with them. And they were able to give me the district manager's name. District manager's name is stratos. In the midst of all of this. I would like to thank a manual at the mockingbird location for being very helpful! The disrespect that these employees have at this location is going to start with management. The 1st time that I was disrespected. There was another girl on her phone while she was making my food and I asked her if she could change her gloves because she was touching her phone and touching my burrito and she yelled across to me. Would you like for me to change my apron too? It's starting to get ridiculous. I will never come back to this...

From the start, the male staff member assembling my bowl (who also rang me up) displayed haste, attitude, and passive frustrationādespite me being the only customer in line and the store still open for over an hour.
When I asked the second male staff member at the condiment section for two sides of sour cream, he scraped the last bitācontaining debrisāinto a side cup. He then brought out a new batch from the back, and when I asked if I can have the fresh sour cream for both cups, he claimed, with a huff, that it was frozen and couldnāt be served. Disappointed, I checked out with just the 1 sour cream that had food remnants and went to the utensil area. Literally moments later, I overheard other customers being served from a batch of fresh, unfrozen sour cream which was odd, considering I had just been told there was none available.
Before leaving, I politely asked again for the second side of sour cream. The worker ignored me, exchanged a look with the cashier, and I was told to wait until they finished serving another customer. I waited, received the sour cream, and let them know I didnāt appreciate the strange dismissive experienceāall over sour cream. They gave a contrived excuse but it was obvious they werenāt expecting me to speak up.
Throughout the encounter, I remained respectful and patient despite the passive hostility. The behaviors and experience with the two staff was strange and off putting enough that I felt compelled to write...

Against my own best judgement I visited this location again because it is very close to my home. I wanna pull my hair out! I dont expect a lot at a fast food like establishment but customer service is a no brainer in any business. Be prepared for GHETTO treatment. I walked into an empty line, and was immediatly was asked what I wanted to order and I said, Just a moment, no line....... roughly 5 seconds later the same question came from the attendant who was clearly mad I had walked in and she would have to do something. This general attitude continued as I moved down the line. My order took some time as I was also getting a kids meal to go for my son. They then informed me that kids meals only get 3 items... I didnt quite understand but the 2 soft taco meal only gets 3 items...... strictly.
This means - Meat, Rice, Beans..... thats it. No salsa, lettuce, cheese... nothing! For 6 bucks. I said fine and figured I would get cheese on his tacos when I got home. Then I was informed that they were out of the kids fruit and said they would only have chips.
