Supercuts — Local services in Dallas

I actually had a great experience at this Supercuts yesterday. I went in around noon and they were predictably busy. The wait was accurate to what they told me, but half an hour was worth it.

Huge shout out to Larry for an awesome, versatile haircut that completely exceeded my expectations! I love it!

Not only did he create the best version of the cut I was envisioning, he was friendly, told me about some products at the Vitamin Shoppe (which is also next door to Supercuts lol). He was professional, skillful, efficient, and suggested options that I hadn't previously considered such as the angle of the cut in the back.

My favorite part of this cut is the added texture to my unmanageably fine hair. It now does what I want it to do! And I have multiple styling options using relatively simple products and techniques. It's low maintenance but also versatile and I am so happy with the top notch service and results!

I've only been to this place twice but both times were positive experiences. Normally I would go to my usual stylists, but due to financial limitations, I found myself at Supercuts.

I am so happy with the results, the great customer service, and the affordable price that I will definitely be back. I'm still loyal to my regular stylists, but I'm glad to have one more...

Brought my family to this Supercut for the first time since moving to Dallas and was very pleased with the friendly and patient staff, attentive stylists, and attention to detail.

My oldest son and I had haircuts from Belinda and she had listened to our plights (lol) experienced from past stylists including locals we've tried here since moving here. She listened and repeated what we had said and provided her insight and logics to the issues we brought up. Can tell she has alot of experience including a happy 19th anniversary sign I noticed. LOL! Will definitely be coming back to Belinda.

My wife had a trim from a gentleman who was very patient, polite, and asked the right questions. Had also seen him help an elderly handicap out to his vehicle.

There was also an African-American stylist who was very friendly and patient with her customers as it seemed like she was helping 2-3 customers and they all seemed happy with their cuts and coloring.

Will be coming back to this site for future cuts. Had originally planned to go to the Inwood site but their online scheduling was a PITA to deal with. Glad we came...

Went to this location for the first time and definitely not coming here again. Worst experience ever!! They assigned me to a stylist who was either a trainee or was very bad at her job. I asked for a high fade on the sides. She started confidently but soon I realized that she had no clue what she was asked to do. I started seeing patches on the sides, she could not even clip my hair properly on the top. She did a very sloppy job. The way she was holding the comb I can tell that she was doing doing a haircut for the first time. Furthermore, She constantly consulted the stylist working on the next chair. The other stylist even had to take over to finish my hair cut. It was definitely not worth a $25 + tips haircut. Don’t get fooled by the reviews. The stylists are very unprofessional here.
