No!!! Just No!! While some employees at this location, like Jackie and Jose, are very very sweet, there are some rude people who work at this Taco Bell. And I will be writing a detailed letter to Corporate. There is no reason to be rude to people when they are the REASON you have a job! This store should be boycotted until a class is given on "proper" customer service. To the rude young lady from yesterday, we will be asking Corporate to FIRE you or explain to TEXAS AND America why you get to keep your job and represent the wonderful Taco Bell brand and be so rude and disrespectful!
You never know what a person is going through and it pays to be nice. There was a customer there who has escaped domestic violence with what she could pack and her LIFE and is trying to make sense of it all and put her life back together. In the wake of the #meetoo movement, she needs support not disgusting workers who are mean. And even though she is hurting physically, emotionally AND financially, she has spent money in this Taco BellI, located at 13670 Preston Road in Dallas, TX 75240 every freakin day for almost 3 weeks. Last night she spent over $13.00, more than covering your pay for an hour.
Reading the other reviews about rude people at this location, I am sure one of them is about you. You behaved like you practice being rude and you like being that way. Disgusting!
All the time we see on the news, the Ellen DeGeneres Show and even YouTube where employees or police officers have raised money to help a customer in need. BUT not you young lady- your approach is to be nasty. Clearly, anyone can see that if a customer has her things with her ALL the freakin time she is probably hurting in some way and in NEED! Shame on you -and you know who you are. She did NOT deserve your rudeness. What if she had been rude right back to you? What if you were on Undercover Boss?What if she were a secret shopper? What did you accomplish last night by saying what you said, for no reason, YOU DON"T CLOSE UNTIL 12MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And saying it so mean, "Will you please just leave!", and rudely from behind the counter across the whole restaurant? There was no other customers in the restaurant and the customer you were rude to wasn't bothering a soul. Are you proud of yourself? Go ahead and pat yourself on the back for being a horrible person. If nothing else, you should have compassion for her because she is a female just like you. She is a female person and last night you behaved like a female dog.
Reading the reviews, I also noticed that this location has a habit of closing early (one review said the door was locked at 11:30pm!!!!). So, it is clear that another reason you were so disgusting and rude, is that you probably wanted to lock up early again and disappoint the customers who pay your salary! I would like management to reach out to me ASAP so I can speak with someone. She is so upset I have to advocate for her. I am helping behind the scenes to get her back stable and out of her current situation. With Post Traumatic Stress Disorder already, you didn't help her situation. Maybe your ponytail was too tight? Or, maybe you have no compassion or home training? Either way, you need to go! Manager(s) contact me so Corporate doesn't have to deal with this ignorance or I can just go ahead and write them a letter and post it on all social media so customers know what they are dealing with. Read moreI drive uber and deliver food to people but this is the 7th time I have had a problem at this location I go to pick up food for a customer get to the location to be told someone else picked up the order the mystery is I call the customer so they can tell the restaurant they haven’t received anything and in the app it shows the food hasn’t even been picked up so if I’m the uber and the customer who made the order calls I have proof on the app it HAS NOT in fact been picked up by another driver because the customer who’s food it is would see in his app that the foods been picked up and is on its way so one of two things is happening at this Taco Bell either they’re just incompetent OR they’re feeding all their family and friends on someone else’s dime because the one who makes the order can see where his driver is at and it’s now almost two hours later the man still hasn’t gotten his food and the manager who’s working tonight said she wasn’t gonna remake the order so she got a customers money and said to bad so sad you’re not getting anything and it’s not our problem and slammed the drive thru window in my face so I got screwed the customer who ordered the food got screwed but hey Taco Bell on Preston got to feed their friends or family and the percentage uber eats pays them so if you order Taco Bell from uber eats don’t do at the one on Preston by the QT and 635 in Dallas cuz they’ll give your order to their friends and family and let you...
