I really hope this review and experience that I had falls into the right hands. This store is brand new and quite nice, however the experience I've had twice is inexcusable. My son has asbergers and is very particular about his food and I am hard of hearing with a cochlear implant. The negative experience comes down to one staff member- I believe she is the current manager as of 9/17/25 a shorter Hispanic lady in her mid 50's. The first time I came there in May there was a huge communication issue and I apologized for that and mentioned that I was hard of hearing after that she had a terrible and very ugly attitude, all I said I wanted was a black forest ham plain with American cheese, she proceeded to toast it without asking and I said no toast please, she proceeded to be ugly with me while my son was present. The second time which was today was the same scenario all over again. It came my turn to order and I spoke very clearly (Im not totally deaf just bad ears) "Hi! I'd like a black forest ham with wheat bread not toasted" as she slides it forward I mentioned "you know what? I think id like to double the meat and cheese" she proceeded to stuff the heck out of it with meat and forgot the cheese. I requested a little more cheese (remember my son has a food sensitivity) and the ratio of meat and cheese was uneven so that's why I requested an extra slice. She got even more bitter and disrespectful with her mean smirks and looks. Simply double meat and cheese- she attempted to charge me for triple or quadruple the cheese when I didn't even ask for all that meat she put in there and I spoke with the taller younger gentleman and explained- it got sorted. This is my last time at this subway and I pray that others don't have the same experience that I did and according to the reviews it appears that others have had similar experiences with this manager. I also forgot to mention that I have never felt discriminated against in my life but this woman also appears to be very racist because she started chattering and laughing with another hispanic customer and the new employee while giving me side eye- disgusting. This subway has much potentional given the location and having the right staff is detrimental to its success. I work at a very successful business and if this was my store I would absolutely NOT have that individual as manager or on my team and start looking for other qualified candidates that actually want to make a difference. Read moreDo not go here! I visited on October 14th at 2:50pm and had the worst experience. I came in my daughter, we plan to get separate orders. There was an African-American male ordering quite a bit and the young lady prepared his order could have used some help. I noticed there was an older, short and stout Hispanic lady standing at the end of the register putting on gloves but never came down. After the nice young lady began making my daughter's order, the other lady came over, asked the Hispanic male behind me if she could take his order and begin making his sandwich. I waved my hand saying, " Hey, I'm next". She looked at me then began taking his order in Spanish not as she did in the beginning which was in English. She moved the sandwich around my daughter's sandwich to ring him up before me and my daughter was taken care of. The nice young lady knew that it wasn't right, she asked if I wanted her to make my sandwich and I allowed her to do so. Since I was clearly still upset, I had to walk away for a minutes and just told my daughter to put her order with mine. I came back in to ask for a manager I noticed the older lady was laughing and giggling with the Caucasian and other Hispanic guests while making sandwiches. I asked the nice sweet young lady for a manager she told me that was not one on duty and she apologized for my experience which was fine. The older lady that appeared to not want to serve African-American people gave me the look of disgust and did not apologize not one time. I went home and reached out to their headquarters online. They replied back saying that they were small owners and the lady did not intend to display that type of behavior and offered me two free footlongs. No thank you, I don't need food to make me feel like I'm being valued after I was mistreated at your establishment. This was actually insulting. I should have walked out in that ordered anything honestly. It is sad that that is the best that they could do and that they believe that will fix the issue. Maybe the older Hispanic lady and was the the one that wrote me back. That is some sad and sorry customer service.
