Mattress Firm Preston — Hotel in Dallas

We visited the store twice. We had a very positive first experience. The sales woman was professional and helpful and we left with a quote for 2 beds. We called a few weeks later to see if Mattress Firm would still honor the quote we had received. The salesman assured us he would. Because we were in a hurry for a quick delivery, he encouraged us to either come back to the store or complete the transaction on the phone. We came back to the store and we realized we would need to pick a different bed so we could get it delivered quickly. The salesman went above and beyond , helping us to find the right bed. Once we got in the car, we realized that it was 20 min after closing and never once did the salesman tell us he was closing or try to rush us. He was so helpful. All the delivery dates were taken but he continued to work on finding us a delivery date that would work and we got one. And this was NOT his sale! He wrote it up under the saleswoman that we had first met with. He spent so much time with us making sure we got what we wanted and it did not benefit him at all. The only reason I know this is that I asked him if he would be able to make any commission on this sale since he spent so much time with us. He said it was her sale, she would do the same for him and not to worry! What a lovely employee !! His name is...

Michael Wells help us and he was absolutely amazing with suggestions. We were looking at the purple mattresses and he made sure he knew how me and my husband both slept. I figured he would recommend the most expensive one available but instead he said it would be too soft for me (tummy sleeper). He walked as through everything and I mentioned my pillow wasn’t the best. He brought over the pillow he suggested and it was so comfy.

We opted for an adjustable base and again he didn’t try to up sale us and suggested one that did the same thing the purple base did. Cost difference was $2800 vs $800. The man saved us 2k!

We walked in just looking and because of Michael and his exceptional service, we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet on upgrading what we have at the house today. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase!

One last thing, we love in Rockwall but were in the Dallas area. I told my husband next room we redo and need a mattress for, we are heading an hour back to Dallas just to buy...

Needed the mattress was about to buy one was interested in one that they had couldn't get any help on the phone or the online so I went to the store thinking know that's a Surefire way to get service and you had one guy who didn't know anything at all and was proud about it that using that as if he was always my first week though it's my first month so it's my first year here I don't know anyting the guy who knew everything I was so wrapped up in a sales pitch at 141 people he ignored me when I walked in and acted like he he was really about to sell a million-dollar mattress to these one people didn't understand he was losing a customer right before his eyes cuz I walked out of there and went to the competition I said the heck with...
