This locations staff is beyond disrespectful. More specifically; Alexis (If thats even his real name)
Went to the drive thru at 4:10AM. I was informed that the system needed to reboot and would take 20 minutes. I said "Ok" and waited in the drive thru since i was the only one. After about 10 minutes the line built. Alexis came onto the intercom to begin taking my order. He then tried lecturing me about "Blocking" the drive thru for other customers.
I was completely mind boggled. I simply waited the 20 minutes i was told for the system to reboot to place my order. He said that I blocked the drive thru and the other customers didn't know about the system reboot and that they would be blaming him. I informed him that they would blame him because he was to blame. Was i supposed to get off and tell each person in line? Was i supposed to pull out of the drive thru and wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes to get back in line? He REFUSED to take my order and wouldn't speak to me. I had to pull up to the actual window to get someones attention.
After seeing me at thew window he tried HIDING! he then started taking the other peoples orders who were behind me!! I was very upset about this as all i did was wait for as i was instructed to do.
Alexis needs to work on communication and take responsibility. It was already 4:30 in the morning. If you didn't want to go to work then you shouldn't have shown up, better yet, QUIT.
I've been to this location a few times before and haven't had ANY issues until tonight. Very upsetting that I was told to wait and then REFUSED service which doesn't seem to be the first time they refused service for something stupid.
The District Manager Cesar needs to get this locations team together and go over simple manners and respect...
Read more06/11/2023 Low rating because cashiers do not ring up food the same way. I've been is several Jack's restaurants. Jack has a BOGO survey coupon on all the receipts for the past few months for a free Jumbo Jack. Problem is, they do not sell a Jumbo Jack combo. They have different varieties with cheese, bacon, double jack, etc. There is one female Hispanic cashier I am guessing starts work about 6:15am- usually about the same time I get there. I order the #4 Jack meal comes with cheese, fries, and drink- then attempt to use the BOGO survey coupon- All other Jack restaurants just add the jumbo jack then take off the price just before totaling. But at this location, this cashier-Never see her name tag- says she can't ring it up this way. Instead she wants to ring up all items individually which makes the cost go up usually about $1 but this morning she rang it up was about $2.50 more. I refused to pay $9.50 for something I normally pay $7.57 for. I told her to cancel the sale, I'm going somewhere else and walked out of the restaurant........................................................AND UPDATE----- Went in this morning 7/28/2023 to get breakfast- prices on menu are not the same price they ring up at register. See photo below.------------------ ANOTHER UPDATE-- 11/6/20223- Went to JIB #748 in Dallas, ordered a Ultimate breakfast sandwich only with small drink. The menu on the wall stated $3.59 for the sandwich but was charged $4.59. The cashier said the register has the latest updated price and the menu has not been changed yet. This is not the first time for this to happen to me at JIB restaurants. Tired of cashiers making mistakes or charging what ever they want to charge. I ordered through the mobile app and redeemed points as well for a free jacks spicy chicken, ultimate cheeseburger, cluck sandwich and a medium Dr Pepper to go alongside my food. I was sent a text showing that Uber was delivering and by 9:50ish my food was being delivered. I was happy because I was super hungry but as soon as I opened the bag, I realized it was not my food. I had been given someone else’s order. I called the store and had to call at least 6x before I got an answered call. I told the person on the line what happened and that I just wanted my food. My husband was on his way up to the store now forced to leave, as we are both sick. The lady responded by saying I should get with the manager the next morning. This infuriated me. I told her I didn’t want a refund and that I just wanted to get my actual order since I received the wrong food. I was told again tog et with the manager about it. I explained to her that I was hungry now and that I didn’t want a refund, I just want my order and that my husband was coming to get it. Next thing I know the line went dead. She hung up on me, so I called right back. The second time it rang out until it disconnected. The third time, it immediately gave a busy tone.z she took the phone off of the hook.
