Aderet — Restaurant in Dallas

This is a Gem of Place that I was taken to by my former Boss. The very first time I ate here, i was recommended to eat the Chicken Schnitzel w/ Israeli Salad & Mash Potatoes... Amazing! i have been going ever since and I just cannot get tired of the great cuisine this place offers! The staff is friendly and each time I am treated with courtesy and respect. Today i took My Wife for the 3rd Time and i had a different meal! Was recommended to eat the Lamb Chops, man they were delicious, thank you for that. We had a pitcher of their "limonana" and that's my wife's favorite. Sometimes you get tired of your own culture's food, and every time i want to get out of the norm, Adere is top of my list, never disappointed and always leave satisfied with my 30-45 minutes invested in great food, friendly people and a clean, inviting and warming place. I frequent Aderet about twice a month. I like the shitnzel, pargiot, salmon and onion rings. The fish tacos and pad Thai need improvent. The fish tacos are dry. There are usually two servers here for lunch and dinner. When you enter no one seats you at a table. You just have to seat yourself. The customer service needs improvement. I am constantly having to get up and ask for refills and wave someone to come and remove our plates so I and my guests can sit comfortably and talk. I have to get up and ask for our bill and then wabe for someone to come process my cash or credit. It gets tiring. I just wish they had the concept of restaurant customer service. At our recent visit to Dallas we stopped here to check out their food, we were not disappointed!

Although the interior is nothing special the food was so tasty, we were left very impressed.

They serve Mediterranean and some Thai dishes but let me tell you about their babaganoush!

My oh my was it good. In fact, it was so tasty we ordered more to go for our hosts becuase we wanted them to enjoy it too.

It’s the owners grandmothers recipe and they definitely smoke it.

My second favorite dish goes to the schnitzel - it was the perfect amount of crunchy but not too thin, and it was very well flavored.
