Tacos Y Mas — Restaurant in Dallas

Israel is the worst. I try to be friendly with this kid and explain my order thoroughly to him when I go there but somehow he manages to keep messing it up most of the time when I come here. It seems as though he doesn't care to serve me because I'm straight and black. It also seems like he does it on purpose so I won't come back. I can feel the discrimination in the air with this kid. I told him what I wanted and let him know it was for dine in. So, I sit and wait. A white guy comes in a few minutes after me and he places his order also. We both get our order at the same time and his is prepared as dine in and mine as take out. Dude, you got the dine in right for the white dude but you couldn't get it right for me. Then when I confront him about it, he acts like nothing was wrong. I didn't appreciate that one bit. I ended up having to prepare my own food as a dine in after the kitchen people gave me a plate. Horrible service. If it is dine in, it should be prepared as a dine in. Me and some others have been purposely going to Mario Mexican next door because the service is better, they get the orders right, they're professional and don't...

In Texas we love tacos!!🌮🌮 Tuesday or any day… I could eat a taco! I’ve eaten here for years! I introduced my daughter to this spot last year. She’s a foodie like her mommy. ☺️ And she was hooked. We originally go to the location off Ross. This was where I would go when I worked at the hospital. Since she started PT in Plano, we had to find one that was on the way to her school in downtown. And this location was perfect. It’s clean with easy parking. We started placing our order online and that has been a huge time saver. My daughter loves the cucumber water and breakfast burritos. I love the La gringa and just tried the breakfast quesadilla. I literally ate off of it for 3 days because it was so big. While I still like the one on Ross, I do prefer this location because I don’t have to stand outside to wait for my order. But we always love the “homey/local” feel of the Ross location. This food is VERY mediocre. They advertise margaritas seved during Happy Hour from 4-7. When inquired about it, the cashier informs us they won't have it till June. The food comes out very quickly which makes since. We ordered chicken street tacos and chips n queso.

The queso was melted Velveeta and Kroger brand tortilla chips. The corn torillas were heated up along with the shreaded chicken added to the tacos. So its understandable how quickly it came. The mexican rice was way overcooked and the refried beans were meh. They claim to have a "salsa" bar 🤭🤭 They literally keep to-go salsa under the cabinet and you have to ask for it.

On top of the mediocre food, we witnessed the male cashier being rude to a customer for simply asking about ingredients of an item. SMH There's also no public restrooms...
