I recently discovered AI Sushi, and what a find it is! If you’re a sushi lover, this place is an absolute must-visit in highland park area.
The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the “Love Love” roll ❤️🍣 and the “Sushi Tower.” 🏯 The “Love Love” roll was an explosion of flavors, with perfectly fresh fish, a delightful combination of textures, and just the right amount of spice. The balance of ingredients was spot-on, making each bite melt in your mouth. It’s the kind of roll that makes you fall in love with sushi all over again.
As for the “Sushi Tower,” it was as visually impressive as it was delicious. Layers of fresh fish, avocado, and rice were topped with a savory sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The presentation alone is worth mentioning, but the flavors were even better—rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the perfect dish to share or to enjoy as a centerpiece of your meal. 😋🍤
On top of their amazing sushi, AI Sushi also offers a variety of delicious Korean dishes. 🇰🇷🍜 Whether you’re in the mood for hearty Korean BBQ, flavorful bibimbap, or spicy kimchi, there’s something here for everyone. It’s great to have the option to enjoy both high-quality sushi and authentic Korean food in one spot.
Overall, the quality of both the sushi and Korean food at AI Sushi exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend! 🌟
NEVER EVER COMING AGAIN!
Manager here was so incredibly insulting and RUDE. She took part in messing up our orders (handing out plates with wrong rolls mixed in with the right ones we ordered), blaming us the customers and a waitress on her first day. Instead of comping us for mistakes that we did not make, she tried to charge my friends for items they didn't consume or consumed but didn't order. Just own up to your mistakes and don't ruin your paying guests' experience. Don't try to manipulate us into paying for services not rendered.
And to top it all off, the atmosphere was very average. The food was sub-par. At least the waitress tried to smooth things over for your manager.
FYI to the owner, your manager needs to be fired. You should never ever ever yell at a customer who refuses to pay for something he didn't order or consume "YOU DON'T GET TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO!" And if the manager we encountered is somehow the owner, you should call up Robert Irvine of Restaurant: Impossible. You need to learn how to manage and not turn away guests. Remember that the customer is always right: service...
Read moreI made this mistake of assuming the “avocado” (no other description) under “Sushi/Sashimi” would be avocado sushi when I ordered through GrubHub. It wasn’t. I was given avocado on a bed of radish. I call the resturant to tell them I think I was given the wrong item. I was told no, that’s what I ordered. Okay, my bad. But maybe next time don’t have your hostess argue with me about what I did and did not order and the put me on “hold”, where i can clearly hear her call me “some lady that wants to change her order” and then have the manager laugh and go “Well she can just order again!” (If I was a patron in your resturant, would you tell me I couldn’t send back my order if it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be?) Then the manager picks up and just tells me it was my fault and I should of read the menu more clearly. Thanks, I’ll remember...
