Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

Just came thru the drive thru at 11:20 pm. Ordered 2 $6 biggie bags 1 regular jr bacon double stack the other had no mustard onion or tomatoes and came out to $15.16. Not only did she stand there and wait for the $0.16. Initially handed her $10&$5 bill then handed her an additional $1. I was passed my drink and food then after about 20 seconds of waiting and making sure my order was correct the guy comes to the window with a confused look on his face like wondering why we were still there and end up taking off. So here I am at home looking for my receipt when I realize I was waiting there for a reason I was owed $0.84 change and my receipt $3+ tax for $12 of food is extremely too much that’s 1/4 of the order making me pay 25% on taxes? IDTS Texas tax is only 8.25%. I want my money back cuz I’m owed more than the $0.84 now. Shiddd I needs my money that’s about a gallon of gasoline I can put in my vehicle. Tried calling up message says something about not available and disconnects the call. #MentalMathOnPoint #GenXCantDoSimpleMentalMath...

So I was in the drive through approximately five minutes ago and it was long and it was only one drive-through line available so when I approach the drive-through line, the guy who answered the intercom asked me to take my order so I gave him my order and he interrupt me to say wait a minute What do you want and I told him my order again and he was very nasty and told me I can go somewhere else if I didn’t wanna wait because the line was so long and I asked I said why are the line so long he said because no one here is working But if you wanna go somewhere else you can I said you shouldn’t tell me I can go somewhere else I’m a customer and I hope that you’re not a manager so when I get up to pay for my order, it’s a manager🐛💛 well I asked him. Do you guys have bottle water back at the intercom? He told me yes we have bottle water when I get up there. He has me a cup of water. I said I don’t want a cup of water because I asked you for a bottle of waterand he was very rude. He just kept throwing things at me all my food so I will never return...

Here we ago again; if I could give no stars, I would! Let me preface this by saying, if you’re not a “chulo” or “chula” please stay clear. Miss Chula Ma’am that’s working the drive thru window at 3:00 pm on 5/7, seemed to have gotten offended when I asked her to confirm my order total. I didn’t know my question was so offensive to her. I simply asked her to do her job. WHOA, who would’ve thunk, being at work and being asked a question, the audacity of me. I then proceed to ask for ketchup and before I could finish my statement she says “it’s in the bag” lo and behold, I get home, to no ketchup in the bag, shocking. Oh and this is AFTER spending $40 at Wendy’s (that’s a my bad). Why should have I expected a Fly Mamacita like herself, who clearly cares more about her makeup at a greasy burger joint, than actually doing her job.
