Pizza Patrón East Jefferson Blvd — Restaurant in Dallas

Pizza Patrón has become my favorite pizza place that is very affordable. I prefer this over little Cesar’s to be honest. With Cesar I feel like you get bread and sauce. Pizza patrons pepperoni and cheese pizza is suberb and super affordable. I went on Halloween to this location and did get wings that tasted like burnt oil. However the manager called me and offered me a remake. Another time I got a coupon for a free classic pizza if I ordered a speciality pizza and paid $14 for both pizzas. At that time I chose to take advantage of my remake wings and they came out delicious this time around. I’d never had a specialty pizza from pizza Patrón. But it was amazing! I’m looking forward to trying the carne asada one because I seen it comes with salsa verde. I came to this location right before closing time. I was oblivious to the time. Erin working the counter still greeted me with a smile and as I spat out my order to him still oblivious to what time it actually was. Erin and his coworker politely made my order without any hesitation even tho im sure they were already cleaned up and ready to go before I even pulled up at 9:57pm. Closing at 10pm. They really proved to have excellent customer service skills fulfilling my order promptly and without any attitude for being that dreadful last minute customer. I really appreciate their polite attitudes and even went the extra mile to make sure my order was absolutely perfect! Better than perfect! So the only reason I didn't rate them higher was that I didn't care for there style of making the Chicken 🐔 Bscon Ranch pizza. But they 5 starred it in customer service 😁👍 !! After arriving home with our pizza I just didn't care for style in which it was made so I called them to ask about a refund and with no problem I was told to trash the pizza and come by when it's convenient for me to get a full refund.
