Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

Came in the store was no one was in the front to take my order had to wait a young guy came to the front I asked if they're any special go on he said no I had to repeat my order 2 time I let them know 2 time I was eating in and got my food and to go the counter again to get my second ordered and after all of my kids we're have fun in the playground room and just put my food down we was put out of the play area Because Of A In inspector to inspect the playground room safety for them and was so rude about the whole thing. Intercom has been broke for weeks and weeks this puts a huge inconvenience on customers. While a large number of customers are in line for service, the manager has an employee outside cleaning the parking lot instead of attending to the customers. The icee machine is almost always out of service. This is a poorly ran and managed establishment. The employees have told me that the owner of this particular burger king does not fix things when they get broken. One manager in particular looks as though she never takes a bath. Her hair is always greasy. She keeps the inside locked in the mornings even though the sign clearly states it should be open. The customers are forced to pound on the door in order to gain entry. It was 9am. It was 26°. I had an online order. They refused to open the door, when it clearly stated that the lounge opens at 6am. I stood my ground. I had already paid online. I waited. I called.
