While a large number of customers are in line for service, the manager has an employee outside cleaning the parking lot instead of attending to the customers. The icee machine is almost always out of service. This is a poorly ran and managed establishment. The employees have told me that the owner of this particular burger king does not fix things when they get broken. One manager in particular looks as though she never takes a bath. Her hair is always greasy. She keeps the inside locked in the mornings even though the sign clearly states it should be open. The customers are forced to pound on the door in order to gain entry.
