Tall black gentleman at counter has NO customer service. As soon as I walked in you could tell he doesn't like his job. I accidentally forgot that my card was still locked so it declined when I went to go pay. I ran outside to my car real fast to grab my phone to unlock and when I asked the gentleman how much was my total again, with an attitude he hard-pressed buttons on the pin pad and just got really rude. So I told him never mind I don't want anything after I placed my order and asked for it to be specially made fresh. So his attitude not only lost you business but also wasted your food. With the way everything is going today the last thing you need is to be rude to the customers that are gracious enough to still patronize your location. Every single Wendy's I drive by is completely empty anytime of day. You can go buy a McDonald's though and they're going to have a line down the street. If you don't like your job go find another one instead of treating people like crap just so you can keep taking this...

Hope Wendy's reiterates their representatives to show sympathy on their inaccuracy of service and to show accountability, I understand we all want to go home, but I must say the representative was suppose to represent Wendy's. Pulled to drive thru between 1030-1045 pm gentleman Garrett was rushing me not listening to my order, wanted additional items their responds was they only had enough for my 4x4 meal, which I ordered the chicken sandwich with no Mayonnaise; They gave me a Junior bacon cheese sandwich WITH mayonnaise. Read moreThis is unsettling. 3 times I have ordered, got home and had onyo part of my order. When I called and the call was disconnected after a male voice asked me for an access code. When I went to the store, I was told that they eewe aware that the phone was giving this message. I was told I could speak to a manager, I declined because the window employee was very apologetic. The second time. I bit the bullet and gave my meal to my grabdsgr because I should have checked the order. This time I am just plain angry. On Nov. 6, 2018, I ordered three 4 for 4 and a small chili. I got home with 3 beverages, one 4 for 4, a large fry, a large chili, and double stack. I am not pleased and I shall return, but only to let the manager know in oerper. The quality is not the problem. The food I received was great, as always. However, I REALLY would like to receive EXACTLY for what i paid....
