The food was ok. the lady at the front was trying her best to run the drive-thru and the front register all by herself, and there seemed to be only one other person in the back trying to keep the food orders up. It wasn't very busy during our visit, but there should be at least 3 people minimum if not 4. The dining room was a mess. Hardly a clean table to be found and the floor between where you give your order and the dining room was a puddle of water not sure if it was from the AC or the drink machine but instead of keeping it mopped up they had one of the yellow slip and fall signs sitting in the middle of it. The to employees they had were doing as best as they could all things considered, but there's no way they could keep up with everything that need done. They deserve a raise and some help. The upholstery on the booths needs some deep clean or out right redone because all the seats looked as if some macanics come to eat and hadn't gotten all the grease from there hands or clothes before...

Spent $40 in food and not $5 worth was perfect.. 12piece fried shrimp was old/cold... 2 orders of shrimp scampi and one was all stuck together as if it had been sitting awhile the other had almost no sauce and was stuck together worse then the other... Mac & cheese on both had bubbles of grease sitting on top.. Fish was not crispy and actually the batter was squishy (so light in color looked as if it was just dipped in batter and thrown in the grease for less then a minute) French fries were half/half... Some were done and some were not.. Asked for extra tarter/vinegar and cocktail sauce. Got 23 containers of tarter NO vinegar & NO cocktail sauce... Asked for a gallon of "SWEET TEA" and received a gallon of the nastiest hot, mild unsweetened tea you could ever imagine! Called to complain to the manager and can never get through.... SEVERELY UPSET WITH THIS...

I’m pregnant, and with the drive through not working anyway, my husband pulled up a little bit passed the window so that I would be close to the door. As soon as we went in, the girl working the front was extremely rude, and then told us a car was coming through the drive though, and that we needed to move. My husband then told her he thought the drive through wasn’t working, because that’s what we’d been told by another employee, and she snapped off that no, it is working, and we needed to move. Train your staff to be more polite, and to communicate more effectively with one another, since they’re each telling customers...
