Cremo Drive-In — Restaurant in Dalton

The food seems like it's cooked to order because of the time it takes to get your order, which is a great thing because I would rather get a fresh cooked meal versus one thats been under a heat lamp. The staff always seem friendly and professional when taking your order. I have went one other time to get chili and that day my experience was awesome other than me not realizing that their chili is the kind without beans made for hotdogs. That was my own fault for not reading the menu.

I decided to try a cheesburger during my last visit. I seen two options, Regular double burger and the "Big" double burger priced at 10.99 to include the fries and drink. This burger was anything but big but even if it was regular I'd still feel better about paying that price. I just let the pictures explain the size, temp and quality. I contacted an employee or owner, not sure, and I explained what was served to me and I was pollite and understanding that it was a new cook and maybe they grabbed a kids burger.

If I was offered a replacement or a way to fix my order I would of kindly turned down the offer but it would of felt like they at last attempted to correct a mistake. I wasn't offered any type of replacement or refund, they were nice messaging me but any attemp to credit the mistake would of changed my whole feeling about the place. I'm sure they have amazing breakfast or other menu items bc they have been there forever but stay clear of...

Today was my last visit to this place...Do not recommend going to this place at all. every time I go there is a problem and it's the same problem each time.. they have an old lady in the back who does the cooking and she does not care about the quality of food she serves. They ask how I want my eggs. I say scrambled all the way done. Get my eggs and the are scorched on the outside and still raw in the middle. When I cut into the eggs they leaked raw egg juices into my gravy. I went back and asked for better eggs. When the cashier told her she had a disgusted look as if my request had no merit. So about 30 seconds later some more eggs were brought out to me. First of all the amount of eggs was half of what my order should have been and secondly they also were scorched. I just told the girl I would like to get a refund on my order. I sat there for another 10 minutes and a refund was never brought to me. Finally I just left. So I wasted $10 and came home and I will just cook my own breakfast. I spend more money on food than any other expense. There is no reason why I should not receive the food the way I order it...granted it may not always be 100% perfect but there is a big difference between done and raw...so do not go here. They need to go...

Today, 5/3/24 at 12:05 pm. I decided to take an early lunch. I've only visited this establishment maybe 3 times in the 6 yrs I've lived here. Well today after waiting patiently for about 20 min for my order it was subpar, cold and dry.. I went in nicely to ask for my $$ back. The cook flew out from the grill and up in my face saying the burgers are to order. Yes I understand that but it's cold. She violently crushed it in her hand and threw it in the trash.. The girl on the intercom orders proceeds to tell the person ordering that a disgruntled customer was causing an issue and there will be a delay.. I find that so immature.. There were at least 8 cars behind my wait of 20 min. I never raised my voice .. I did hv a parting comment leaving.. I do not recommend this restaurant.. Update.. I just spoke w the said women/ cook/ manager.. Grrr..After letting her know how the interaction went, she's says are you done and hangs up.. So much for...
