I personally enjoy coming to this Starbucks for the personality of the baristas. Don't come here expecting the same experience as an independent Starbucks store. Baristas at this store are governed by Kroger, so supplies are usually limited, kiosk is understaffed (especially at peak times during the day), and utilities for drink making are not as supplied as an independent store. DO NOT STOP FOR COFFEE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY, allow yourself enough time to stop, it's not the baristas fault you chose to stop when running late, drinks from Starbucks are handcrafted, if you need a quick coffee McDonald's is right up the road. Lastly, don't criticize a barista if they seem to have a "bad attitude" when only two people are running the kiosk with a line of 10+ customers demanding a coffee to magically appear expect them to be on edge, go to an independent store where they have 5+ baristas at any given time, Kroger baristas seem to do the best they can while having a good time doing it.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWaited 20 minutes for my coffee and the lady at the register was not trained properly. Their oven was broken and she still sold me an egg white bite and then they couldnāt refund me. After waiting about 10 minutes the lady at the register messed up the register somehow and the woman who was making the coffee had to stop an assist. Two girls in the back were talking and someone finally asked one of them to start making the coffee. After receiving the coffee it was the wrong order. Tasted like slimy almond milk. Only time Iāve ever thrown away a full cup of coffee. Iāve always had great experiences at Starbucks, so this was a miss for me. Called corporate, not to complain, but to tell them this location need more training. They donāt know how to work the register, donāt know how to make coffee AND canāt perform basic customer service. The 3 main ingredients to running a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely LOVE this location! It's located inside the Kroger on W Walnut Ave in Dalton. The entire staff is so friendly & kind & ALL OF THEM ALWAYS have a smile on their faces! It's an absolute pleasure going here especially during every holiday bc I love coming into the store to see how they've decorated the kiosk for the coinciding holiday! For Halloween they personally painted pumpkins and one of the employees painted Jack from A Nightmare Before Christmas, which I absolutely am totally in love with, & this pumpkin was gorgeous! A work of art that I hope no one threw away bc the artist is very talented!! I highly recommend this Starbucks if you're in the mood for some delicious coffee & you're in the Dalton area!!!...
