Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Dalton

TLDR *Allergy Risk, gave me the same item I returned cause it was wrong. Had an allergic reaction in the store that was totally preventable.

I ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad on my lunch and a wings n things nuclear to take to my husband after work. Associate took my order properly, but I received breaded fried chicken on my salad. No biggie, I walked it back, handed them the wrong salad and asked nicely for a new one. Let him know it was supposed to be grilled and he said it would be right out. He hand delivered my new salad… but it wasn’t new. THEY TOOK (most) THE FRIED CHICKEN OFF AND GAVE ME THE SAME SALAD!! There were still pieces of breaded fried chicken in there I didn’t know about until I ate it and knew immediately when that tingly sensation started. I am highly ALLERGIC to wheat molds.🌾 So I don’t eat any wheat products and I was just telling my coworkers how I loved their Cobb salads cause there’s no croutons… I had an allergic reaction in Zaxbys in front of my co workers! 🤦‍♀️ My supervisor had to get my epi pens and meds from my purse for me. Soo embarrassing! Work day cut short. Also, I paid $30 for the 2 meals and they refunded me $11. I couldn’t really talk or negotiate as I was digging for my meds. Thanks Zaxbys.

P.s. They aren't supposed to take food back to the kitchen after it’s been handed to a customer so I didn’t think anything about it still having the breading in there. Pretty sure that’s a health...

Had a curbside carryout order yesterday 3/15/25. Said to be ready at 6:03 p.m. I get there at 6:02 p.m and check in the drivethru is empty and noone in the lobby. We'll Noone ever came out. 6:38 p.m now they are busy drive-thru is wrapped and lobby is full but that drive-thru is definitely moving cars. I go in and guess what I'm told the order hasn't even been started and that they are waiting on food. Drinks are made sitting in drink carrier on counter. Then about 5 mins later they give me the order none of the sauces we ordered are in there so I have the girl get me the sauces. By the way they did not care at all that my order wasn't made never seen the mod (manager on duty) get back to the hotel across the street and all of the food is old I'm talking like the leftover food at closing time that an employee takes home after closing and getting home and eating the garbage old. On top of that nothing to eat the coleslaw with no napkins straws nothing. Normally I would sympathetic considering I am a general manager at a restaurant but this is really bad service they intentionally gave me old food and couldn't care less. I will never go back to this location. I want my money back!!! Now not a percentage or a free meal to be remade just as bad. This was an insult. Also why does this location not season...

I placed a mobile order in an attempt to save time. Once at Zaxby's, my order was quickly completed and placed on the counter. At this point it went downhill. The employee, while arranging my order, mis-stacked the to-go boxes and the buffalo wings emptied into the bag leaving my order covered in buffalo sauce. The employee proceeded to then tie a knot on the bag, which was now leaking buffalo sauce, and attempted to hand me the order.

I then denied the order and asked if I could simply get a clean bag for the items to be placed in. The employee walked away appearing to not understand my request and left the order on the counter nearest the kitchen. I then sat near the counter as an employee walked my order into the rear of the employee area (I thought to throw the order away). 15 minutes later, another employee approached me with what appeared to be a fresh order, due to having seen her bag the order having come directly from the kitchen.

I then left satisfied until I entered my vehicle and opened my order. The fries were a soft and wet consistency similar to mashed potatoes and the 30 boneless wings were cold to the...
