Very beautiful atmosphere. On a Wednesday night, around 815pm, 3 of us went for the Neverending pasta, salad, and breadsticks. We ordered within 10 minutes of being seated. Our server told us she had a party of 10 (right next to us), so if we needed anything, she'd be there attending to them. OK, no problem, we understood.
One beverage was incorrect. We waited on our server to be in our view so i could ask for the correct beverage, after 15 minutes of not seeing her,I got up & asked another server to get us the correct drink.
We got our initial order in abt 20 minutes from a "food runner", they were great. We wanted more bread, drink refills, & salad to go w our pasta. Our server disappeared for 45 minutes. When she came back, we asked her for more bread, drink refills, and salad, and 2 of us asked for pasta refills...15 minutes later we get the 2 pasta refills, another person brought them out, still no drink refills, no bread, and no salad. 30 more minutes passed by, and we saw our server again (3rd time we'd seen her in over an hr), so we got her attention. We again asked for drink refills, bread, and one more pasta refill. At this point, the other person (who had 1 plate of pasta, some salad, and 2 breadsticks) who wanted more salad didn't order anymore salad or pasta because they had been waiting over an hour for a drink refill and salad. The other 2 of us had no drinks, no bread, but had our pasta refill. The party of 10 next to us were also out of food and drinks, eventually they got upset & left.
This experience was horrible. There were us and four other tables still eating once they closed.
The 3 of us were there for 2.5 hrs, and we had: the initial order, 1 breadstick refill, no drink refills, no salad refills, and a total of 3 pasta refills (not per person, but total for all 3 of us). Saw our server 4 times in 2.5 hrs. We paid the extra for protein and for the never-ending option so we could enjoy a variety of pasta and have a nice dinner....
Read moreWe had come in after an 8 hour drive, specifically looking for an Olive Garden as we know it is a reliable place for good food after a full day of driving. What we came into however was an experience we never had before. As soon as we walked in, while we did get seated quickly, we got seated on a table into a corner where 1 person was completely enclosed in while we had seen 2 parties of 2, get seated into a booth right across from us. We initially overlooked this as we got a place to sit without waiting and as mentioned before, had driven all day but then we got the complimentary salad, and while eating, the peel of an onion was found along with the butt of a lettuce. We also had been seeing numerous waiters bring water and drinks on a platter to ensure everything is brought at once, but our waiter brought 3 waters by hand, and then came back a few moments later to drop off the last one which did not seem professional in comparison around us. The problems didn't stop there, we had placed our orders and once as a family who does not eat meat, we ordered seafood, the entrées came in and 1 of them had chicken which we asked if we could get one without which the waiter did go back to switch it, but upon coming back, he had dropped off the food and left immediately, also not asking if this entrée would like cheese. All these did cause an unpleasant experience but what had the most impact, was that we had never been asked if we wanted a refill of water until we had finished eating, we had to share the water we had amongst ourselves which thankfully we were able to do, but should not have had to. To say the least, it is definitely an experience we will not be forgetting and will be bringing up whenever we have have any future conversations regarding...
Read moreMy family and I frequent this location several times per year; always for anyone's birthday. We have never had an issue until September 6 2025. The first thing that we noticed, upon arrival,is that there are several sections that were not open, with an assigned server. This was resulting in a 30 - 45 minute wait, which, with my wife coming from service background, we understand. Our guess was that the store was short handed; not a problem. We only waited about 20 minutes, unlike other customers.
Our server was extremely nice, but slow. Just the way she was taking orders and having to get us to repeat ourselves, we figured she was new. We ordered two starters, which came out so fast that we were amazed. Our mains were three soup salad bread sticks with one person riding off the menu. His soul came out before ours and our salad was delivered, by a different server, when his meal came. We had to ask for the bread. We grew tired of waiting for drink refills and the three souls so, after an hour, I called the server over to tell her to cancel the soups because we were ready to go. She offered to get the soup, to go. Ok, fine. I am not the type to show out, in public. What this amounts to is that we got our starters, one persons complete meal, one basket of bread, one bowl of salad, and three togo soups for the price of never ending soup salad bread sticks and an entree and two appetizers. I am very disappointed; we all were. I can make concessions for someone being new but, if she is that new, someone should be shadowing her to get the experience right. We may be back but if this is what service is turning into, at this Olive Garden, we will start making the trip to Canton, where have never had even the...
