If I could I would give the place 0 stars. I called to place an order to go and once I was greeted over the phone and stated that I was ordering to go, I got hung up on. I then called once AGAIN and was greeted AGAIN, after stating that I was placing an order to go Tee Tee proceeded to ask someone in the background if they wanted to take a to-go order, I have no idea what their response was but then I was waiting on the phone for 10mins without a warning. She then comes back on the phone and asked me if I was still there to which I replied “yes ma’am, are you ready to take my order” and she said “no, not yet”. I understand places like this can be busy on Sunday mornings but proper communication goes a long way. I told her I would just stop in to order instead because I was obviously going to have to wait and risk getting hung up on again. I walked into the Waffle House and up to the counter where there was a person getting cashed out so I was in line waiting my turn, once it was my turn I asked if I could place an order to go and Tee Tee said I could order after she cashed out the customer that had gotten in line after me. Obviously cashing someone out is quicker than taking a new order but there’s lines for a reason. Horrible customer services at this location and the sign that says “…. If you feel like you can do their job better, we’re accepting applications” is something I’m sure corporate would not approve of because yes, I could 100% have better customer service and have definitely demonstrated in previous and current employment…. I just don’t have a reason to work at...
Read moreOnly Reason for 1 star is could NOT give them a negative stars. The kids, girlfriend, and I went to Waffle House at around 9 PM. Only 2 tables of people, about 4 waitresses and 1 cook, and almost all the tables were dirty. After several minutes a waitress finally took our order for drinks and food. Our drinks were brought to the table by a different waitress and they brought a milk instead of water, and then did not bring coffee that was ordered. A different waitress brought the food to the table and they did not bring some of the food that was ordered. At no time did anyone come by and see if the food was correct or to give re-fills for our drinks... nothing. After the meal and the terrible service went to the counter to pay and no one could find a ticket for our meal. Finally a waitress went outside to find another waitress, who we had never seen, to get our ticket. THe waitress with name tag of BritBrit (Brittany several of the waitress’s called her) came inside and walked to our empty table of food to figure out what we had even ordered. I still do NOT think the ticket was correct that I paid.... Without a doubt the WORST service I have had in a...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving a 1 is because zero is not allowed!! I observed an elderly male obviously handicapped and refused to be seated in a booth that was suitable to his needs by an employee. 3 open booths were available without anyone waiting for a table or to be seated. When he was denied and asked for a manager. The manager was rude and disrespectful while telling him that it was company policy that only 2 or more people could sit at a booth!!! Are you kidding me?? A blatant ADA violation on a handicap person who was in need of a suitable seat to enjoy his breakfast!! Then the manager had the actual audacity to tell him in a sarcastic manner to HACE A NICE DAY!!! As he was walking out because he could not sit at the counter with his disability. The gentlemen respectfully replied with I was until I came in here. He never caused a scene he simply wanted breakfast. All I can can say is WOW!! Waffle House corporate you have lost a family of 6 business no matter where I go. And I will tell everyone I know the type of employee and management “policies” that are enforced!! FO BETTER...
