Be careful ordering through the app if you have food delivered. We ordered through the app then was directed to door dash via the app and when we got our order we were missing food. The problem started when we contacted Chick Fil A who informed us to contact Door Dash but since we used the Chick Fil A app it did not have a record of the order in our Door Dash account. Which started a massive run around for an amount of food that really was not worth the trouble. We did finally get a refund and not our food because Chick Fil A was done accepting orders for the night after we finally got through to someone via the customer service number at Door Dash. This process seems extremely complicated and in the end was not worth the headache. I guess either create an easier way to handle misplaced or missing items through the Chick Fil A app or put something on the app or website about Door Dash will be responsible but you will have to call customer service because it doesn’t show in your Door Dash account. Door Dash was able to access once we contacted customer service. Considering we ordered through the Chick Fil A app it seemed odd that we had to deal with Door Dash. Read moreI bought a 12 piece nugget meal for my daughter, and she got halfway through the box and noticed that a piece that she had halfway bitten through was red. Which indicated that it was raw, very raw actually. We aren’t sure if the other pieces that she had were raw or not because she was putting the whole piece in her mouth. I called the store back to see what the protocol is for when this happens, I spoke with DOMINIC the manager on shift at the time. all they had said was that they would replace my meal and pretty much just disregard the situation to my understanding. I Told the guy That can’t be all, I believe that I was supposed to go in and file some kind of complaint in case my daughter gets sick. The manager said there’s nothing else he can do. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this, that Manager needs to be trained better on protocol because I know that is not it. When we arrived, the older gentleman directing traffic was clearly agitated as he was making aggressive and impatient hand gestures (and throwing his hands over his head to show how upset he was with certain cars). He showed us which line to join. We ordered 3 kids meals but they were out of nuggets so we were asked to pull ahead to a parallel spot. I pulled ahead to that spot only to have the older gentleman insist I move to a different location. I moved to where he directed and then he came over to my car yelling at me (and scaring my kids). He was being so aggressive and screaming at me to roll down my window. Due to his erratic behavior I refused to roll down my window. Next came a woman who appeared to be a manager. She insisted I move to a handicap spot but I told her I didn't want to break the law parking there or block the spot for someone who needed it.
