Carlitos Club — Restaurant in Daly City

I'm confused as to why this place has such great reviews...?? Myself and a couple of friends (girls)visited this place on a Sunday evening. We were treated so poorly by the waitress there. She made it seem like she was annoyed we were there. It seems and feels like a gentleman's club, really. It's only men aside from the waitress who's dressed like a street walker. Nice for whomever is into that type of place, I guess. Not for us. 14 dollars for any liquor drink. And unfortunately they don't know any basic drinks. Took a while to find any vodka and the drink was weak. We got two basic drinks, bill was $32. Couldn't believe it. Hate to leave a bad review but I really wish I had known. Very sobering...
