Horrible place... My mother's first time ordering there, and the cashier was super rude when my mother asked questions about the menu. She even rolled her eyes. My mother asked if they could put the sauce on the side. Mind you, she wasn't asking for extra, she just wanted it on the side. And the lady told her it would be an extra charge to get the sauce on the side. My mother wanted to clarify that she didn't want extra sauce just on the side and the cashier started yelling at her loudly and defensively. "Well we charge to put your sauce on the side". Then my mother said "ok". Then the cashier yelled "Do you want it or not!?" My mother then said, I said ok. Yes that is fine. But then while waiting for her food quietly off to the side.. The cashier started talking about my mother to the other workers there. They were literally all staring at my mother, and then turning to eachother to talk about her in another language. Typically my mother isn't one to think anything of the situation but they were all looking at my mother up and down and it was clear that they were talking about her. She then felt so uncomfortable she asked for a refund. Then one of the cooks says "ok good, I have food to...

My family and I ate a late lunch here after spending the morning at the Presidio Tunnel Tops. It is located in the food court area of the Serramonte Center Mall on the Dick’s Sporting Goods side of the mall and next to Panda Express in the food court. They are fairly busy, so there was a short line (not as long as Panda Express). Despite being busy, the food is ready pretty fast as they mostly use the same sauce for all their teriyaki/meat dishes. They do offer udon and fish dishes as well for variety. I can’t say that the employees are nice, but they weren’t rude either. Food tasted decent for food court fast food. Portion size is very good for the price. As for seating, it’s in a food court so there are plenty of tables/seats for you to sit down and...

It's one of my favorite places to go. I typically do the beef or short rib plate, half and half with rice & noodles. They give huge portions, and I love the crunchy vegetables. Thankfully, we ate here because I started to eat my plate and saw it wasn't really sauced up. I came back to ask for more sauce, and they just had me bring my plate over. Problem fixed, and I continued to get my grub on. This definitely hit the spot and is less than $20. I can not complain. People who work here are on it. They take your order right away and bring it down the line to get cooked up in no time. Didn't take a pic because I was...

This location is in a food court within the mall, so expect a noisy atmosphere but plenty of seating. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki plate. Not much Teriyaki flavor , the beef was soft and not chewy which was good. The noodles / rice were fairly bland, but the portion of the plate was a large amount. In my photo I already ate midway through my order. I probably wouldn't come here again, considering other options nearby with most likely better quality food. My partner order the Chicken Udon soup bowl which is very comparable to the Costco Udon bowls, just with chicken. Not much flavor in the broth.

The service is like, "you need me, I don't need you attitude". Food were overcooked. I ate the pieces that can be eaten, but most of them are overcooked. I tried to help the local restaurant and sound like I have to go next door. This restaurant will have NO more business with me. I was about to buy a family pack of some sort. NOPE.
