I had the most wonderful experience at Zales (Serramonte Mall) thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rosaline, the store manager. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Rosaline went above and beyond to accommodate all of us, ensuring that everyone felt included and valued.

What impressed me the most about Rosaline was her approach. She was incredibly attentive and genuine, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring. She never once rushed or pushed me towards a particular choice, allowing me to explore different options at my own pace. Her expertise and knowledge were evident, and she provided valuable insights that ultimately helped me make the perfect selection.

I’ve had a great experience at this Zales location so far. I got engaged February 2022 and I was wearing a ring that was way too small for over a year.

I decided to get my ring resized this month (September 2023). I don’t remember the associate’s name, but he was Filipino! He made sure to walk us through the ring sizing process (i.e. finding the right fit depending on the weather/temperature) and quoted us roughly 2 weeks before my ring gets returned. They added notes indicating to also secure all the stones on my ring, as well as clean and polish. I also got my ring redipped as well (also known as CPR for them).

Since we had the lifetime warranty, our services were free of charge. We would have to get the ring inspected every 6 months.

My ring came back sooner than 2 weeks and I was thrilled! Pick up was easy (just showed them my ID) and they make sure to take pictures before and after as a security measure. They document everything and have you sign off before they release your ring back to you. You also get a copy of your receipt and the comments they indicate for the service.

Very pleased with the service level at this Zales location and I’m glad the experience was just as great too....

When my cross necklace broke (thanks to my energetic son), Rosaline was kind, patient, and so helpful in getting it repaired. Not long after that, my husband went to Zales—also helped by Rosaline—and bought me the most beautiful engagement ring.

Later, one of the diamonds fell out of that ring. I was worried, but Rosaline immediately put me at ease. Instead of just repairing it, she completely replaced the ring with the same style—brand new. I was so impressed by her care and professionalism.

To top it off, when my son broke my chain (again!), she made sure that was repaired quickly and easily too.
