So I’m a little bummed to say the least.. My fiancé and I love the food and the sourdough bread and all the different supplements etc… But, the last few times I’ve gone the service and the way my drinks/food have been made is completely different than the all the other times before.. For example my fiancé is legally blind and she cannot see the menu and has to ask questions about what is in certain drinks or food. She likes the Masala Chai as a latte and the first time and every time after she would get it and loved it not sure if they did anything specific to it but the last two times she would get it and it was not originally what she was used to. One of the times tumeric was added and it made the whole thing just taste like tumeric and it was served in a to go paper cup with a lid on so you couldn’t see the beverage and that was confusing seeing everyone else having the standard glass cups we were eating there as well it didn’t leave us feeling all that great about the service that day, when she asked for it to be remade and the same thing was served again IN THE SAME PAPER cup that was originally used! And the attitude that was shown to her just really bothered me considering her vision issues. We enjoy going there, we usually tip well and the price of things are pricey but the way everything tastes usually makes up for that and of course eating organic foods as we do that tends to be the case. Today I got quite a bit of things in the store and ordered my favorite smoothie the banana acai got two regular sized and few other things as well as putting cash in tip jar, I got my smoothies and usually when I get this it is nice and thick and you almost have to get a spoon for it and today it was watered down and runny like a juice and tasted like it had been left out for a little bit barely even cold both drinks were like that.. I don’t know what it is or why now the last 3 times going this is the case but it just makes us hesitant now especially paying and tipping they way we do only to not have the same experience as the previous times that made us really like going there.. I am not the type of person that usually leaves a review either but after the third time having this type of experience I...
Read moreRestaurant Reflection:
We have had the delight of frequenting Organic Tree for both breakfast and lunch and, suffice to say, our love for this place has only grown with each visit. This gem of a restaurant excels in bringing farm-fresh, organic vegetables to the table, complemented by an enticing array of smoothies, freshly prepared juices, and delectable sandwiches.
Personal Favorites:
A personal favorite of mine is the Mother's Milk, a nourishing concoction crafted with fresh young coconut juice, its tender meat, dates, and banana. This smoothie is not only gratifyingly filling but also deliciously refreshing. With no preservatives or dairy, it leaves one feeling satiated without the post-meal bloatedness. It is indeed a testament to Organic Tree's commitment to serving fresh, wholesome food that nourishes both body and soul.
Further Culinary Adventures:
Their avocado toasts, almond butter and honey toast, salads, and the list goes on – each dish is a flavorful exploration of healthy cuisine. You simply cannot err in choosing from their menu if you're seeking a convergence of health and taste. While the pricing is reflective of the high quality and freshness of their ingredients, it remains a worthy investment for the unparalleled dining experience they offer.
Final Thoughts:
Organic Tree earns my wholehearted recommendation. It is the perfect destination for those who care deeply about the quality of food they consume and equally value their health and palate. This restaurant champions the philosophy that mindful eating and delectable flavors can coexist...
Read moreWow! This place hits the mark on all levels. It’s a great stop for healthy food, fresh air, spectacular views and exercise if you’re on a California coastal road trip. Their double-fermented bread is easy on the belly and delicious — the next-best to gluten-free. They juice the drinks for you from fresh, organic produce that you can see in their fridge — talk about transparency in terms of customers seeing the ingredients. Their salads are so fresh, with interesting ingredients such as watermelon radish — yum! It’s the first time I’ve tried that. It has a slightly sweet flavor and very crunchy texture. I had the avocado toast and chai latte, made with coconut milk. The chai spices were really bursting with flavor. You can purchase imported spices there and buy loose teas by the spoonful. I bought nettle tea. You’ll find cards and notebooks and even gently used fashionable clothes there for sale. There’s plenty of free parking and you can take a walk at the marina across the street to unwind or get your steps in, climbing up to an adjacent park with a fabulous view. Bravo Organic Tree for your healthy, supportive, community-minded contribution...
