Medium Cheese pizza, 1pm on a Thursday

Pros: Good amount of sauce, well cheesed, great ratio. Very nicely cooked, good browning to the undercarriage and excellent crunch on a crispy crust

Cons: A bit hefty, I probably should have laid off that slice slice to save the waistline but it's worth eating til you can't.

Verdict: I'm impressed by the quality here. When a place has "and deli" tacked onto the name, it gives the impression they're not pizza focused. This is one of the only spots in town I haven't hit yet and I regret that. When I walked in the door, the slices on display looked really good so I knew there was potential. It's possible they don't always cook the pizza as crispy as this, I was quoted 10 minutes which sounds like a light cook but I walked in 17 minutes later and they pulled my pie. I loved it, don't overlook Franco's Pizza and Deli. Solid taste and quality from this unassuming side...

The Margherita pizza gets a hard no from me! The sauce used on Margherita pizza should not be the same as you use on a regular pizza. Also, the tomatoes were cut thick which made the slices at the end to heavy for it to stay folded and easy to eat. The dough was bland and flavorless. The slices were all cut uneven. After reading the reviews, I was really hoping for a a good experience, and Franco’s failed miserably. When the pizza was delivered it didn’t arrive in one of those “keep warm packs” so it arrived cold. My location wasn’t far from the restaurant, so to receive a cold pizza pie, says poor service. I ordered on door dash and they delivered me the completely incorrect order. Extra Chicken, peppers, onion, mozzarella, on a grinder was my order. They delivered me chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onions on a Grinder. After arguing with me on the phone they finally conceded that they sent the wrong sandwich. When I asked for them to send the correct one they said they couldn’t. I am pregnant and this was dinner tonight so I am extremely frustrated.
