We LOVE Le's Kitchen!
First of all, I almost never leave reviews, but Le's certainly deserves it.
My boyfriend and I visit a couple times a month because it is extremely delicious, super cost effective, and healthy! We actually visited Vietnam for about a month last year, so trust us when we say that Le's does it right! The pho is definitely a must (HUGE servings, fresh herbs, and a wide selection -- my personal favorite is the sliced rare beef). And the spring rolls?? I could live off of them. They are packed with fresh herbs and veggies, and you can tell that they are made-to-order for each customer. The biggest issue with coming here is that EVERYTHING is so delicious. It is difficult to decide what to get, as I want to eat the entire menu!
The food alone is definitely worth the visit, but on top of that, the staff is always super friendly and attentive. The service is always quick, but never rushed, which I appreciate. My favorite part is how they wait until we are done with our appetizers before bringing out our main, that way everything stays hot! The attention to detail is phenomenal. Plus, it is BYOB, so it feels like a proper night out (but for a fraction of the cost)! Usually, my boyfriend and I will share 2-3 apps and then a big bowl of pho, and the cost is under $25 or $30 (way less than we spend at other restaurants, plus more food). For a special treat, we like to order the milk tea (they make the bubbles fresh!!) and it is always so delicious.
So, if you enjoy tasty, healthy food with superb service, then you...
Read moreI'm NOT coming back anymore and here's why:
09/10/18 My friends and I order pho to dine in, and not only does the waiter forget our utencils, but my friend's toppings so we had to ask for more. I also ordered a pot of green tea and after asking the waiter for sugar TWICE, i sucked it up and just drank it without sweetener because i really shouldnt have to ask more than twice for something. The waiter just didnt come check on us after we got our orders. We had to always get his attention .
Now, maybe i would of overlooked this if they hadnt made me feel dumb today. (09/11/18). Yesterday, I ordered their bbq pulled pork sandwich to go before we left because MY FRIENDS HAVE EATEN IT BEFORE so they recommended it. Next day, when i unwrap my sandwich it looks nothing like the menu says so I go back to change it and they claim that this is THEIR TAKE on "bbq pork" 'but there wasnt even ANY BBQ sauce on the sandwich? I showed the employees and they stood by their claim, so why have the sandwich be called "BBQ PORK" IF THERES NO BBQ SAUCE ANYWHERE ON IT. I asked for a refund or that they make me another sandwich and they said no because "thats what i ordered". Unbelievable.
I'm not coming back, my friends arent coming back, and my family isnt coming back. They'll know who wrote this review cause a good amount of the staff came out to explain to me how this is somehow a bbq pulled pork sandwich, but you guys be the judge because I...
Read moreI rate Le's Kitchen zero stars. This is a very bad restaurant. They had served old food that had gone bad. If you order to go, please check that the food is still fresh before you go home. I had ordered five dishes to go for dinner: two grilled beef vermicelli noodle bowls, one grilled chicken vermicelli noodle bowl, one crispy tofu vermicelli noodle bowl, and one ginger rice chicken dish. My hotel was not far from the restaurant. When I got back, it turned out that the noodles were mushy and smelled bad. I had to throw all four orders into the trash can. Be wary when trying to eat here.
When I called to complain, the owner tried gaslighting me into thinking that it was my fault that the noodles went bad because I had "left them outside too long." It had been only a couple of hours since we had first ordered the takeout after lunch time. Moreover, the owner never once admitted any wrongdoing, that maybe we had been given bad noodles accidentally. I would have been understanding if things had gone differently. After all, mistakes are expected when trying to complete many takeout orders all at once. But it's the fact that the owner doubled down on blaming me for the noodles going bad. That was it for me.
Asian restaurant owners like this one better step up their game and have better customer service. I came to support y'all, and y'all let me...
