Mr. M’s is better than ever. The quality, and freshness, of the ingredients is the best imaginable.
Everything cold is kept at temperatures that boldly stand up to the summer in South Florida. There’s no skimping or short cuts taken, which is a rarity. That’s much more than just a detail in choosing a delicious, safe choice for having a fresh meal.
Hot and cold subs are both prepared, from scratch, after they have been ordered. It doesn’t take long. Bread choices are extremely fresh. They’re available in whole wheat or white sub rolls or wheat, white, or rye sliced bread or toast for people watching carb intake. Whatever bread the customer chooses, the protein portion remains the same… and it’s huge.
Attention has to be paid to personnel at Mr. M’s. It’s obvious that there’s experience of multiple decades but - it’s equally clear is that there has been substantial growth during that time. A serious upgrade, and update, in management makes for a far more enjoyable experience that in previous years.
The current ownership makes all the difference in the world. Mr. M’s is obviously an extension of the class of its owner now. Anthony is an esteemed professional that holds everything under Mr. M’s roof to the same impeccable standard he holds himself to.

Read moreI've been coming to Mr. M's for a while.... and for a while, I mean I crave their subs daily and come back for a fully loaded turkey sub as much as I can. It's a little out of the way from where I am, but it's totally worth it. I don't eat leftovers, ever, but I'll buy a large and eat the other half the next day because they're THAT GOOD. And huge! And fresh meat with fresh ingredients! Usually when I eat at a place too much, I get sick of it. Not here. Honestly, they're BUSY AS SHIT so when I read some of the not-so-great reviews about their "attitude problems" I can easily attribute it to how busy they are. Understand that they deal with a million different people each day, and not everyone is pleasant to deal with. Busy is good.... it means their food is great... I can live with the dryness. I asked the owner her name last time, because I wanted to mention to her in my review... Ginny (Ginnie?) is wonderful. She's on point. She knows what questions to ask, even if you don't like the way she asks them. Margaret is the only other girl I've dealt with, and she's so welcoming! I swear the last time I called she remembered my name AND MY ORDER! Impressive!!! I can't say enough good about Mr. M's. Best subs in Hollywood area. Better than Laspadas, better than Sub City, better than Sub Center. Thanks for the consistent great quality...
