Have you ever been so annoyed.. irritated.. that it doesn’t really matter where you are it just sucks?

That’s kinda how this went beginning and ending with the service. Now I’m not sure if this person was new, or just trying in some way to make some money on the side but nothing made sense right from the start.. let’s begin!

As we entered there’s a sign; “PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED”

Now I’m no rocket scientist.. but that usually means.. wait for someone to seat you… right??? Lol not here..

As the waiter walked by multiple times looking, starring directly at us without asking anything we finally decided to take action!!

Asking: “Do we just sit anywhere we want?”

The waiter replies…! Oh Your not here for take out? (There’s 3 adults, 5 kids) …. :/

Okay, sure mistakes happen maybe they do get a lot of take out orders… anyway…

So we’re sitting there and on their menu is the option to order a small pizza (14.50 feeds 1-2) or a large pizza ($17.50 feeds 4-6) .. you know like in every other pizza place..

So the waiter says the large is not possible for dine in????? Only carry out???? They only sell the small in the restaurant

Again 3 adults, 5 kids… so the smalls are kinda pricey … I mean they don’t make sense? If your one person sure.. but 8 people… we kinda want the large.. or two…

Finally the waiter gives in, and says he will ring it up as a take out and we get the large pizzas. (We thought he rung them up as to go orders) since according to his story, you couldn’t dine in and get large???

Now the bill comes!!!! OH BABY!!!

So we’re automatically charged 20% since we are a “large party” that’s cool.. for 3 adults and 5 kids… typically that’s over party of 10 or larger

A friend of ours pays by Apple Pay.. (we separated the bill 2 ways) the waiter followed us out asking “if we were going to pay by card” she said she did, then said he accidentally voided the payment? She then checked her bank and somehow there was two charges…

Now after some going back and forth our friend was just done with this person and wanted to pay cash… since they were saying it would go back into her account in a couple of days and she still owed the bill.

So this is interesting…. The waiter didn’t take it??? After arguing about it?? Gave her the cash back???

The pizza isn’t terrible (except for the hard stale garlic rolls) but the service left such a bad taste in my mouth I have absolutely no interest in coming back to this place…

BEWARE OF SKETCHY EMPLOYEES THATS ALL I...

I wanted Pdq but my girlfriend was feeling Italian so we said hey what the heck let’s try this place out. The bad experience started from the moment we walked in. We had to help ourselves to our seats because there was no one designated to sit us. Once we sat down we were hungry and ready to order so we ordered two pizzas and with garlic rolls as an appetizer. As I was placing my order I noticed the waitress wasn’t writing down anything until halfway thru my order she pulls her notepad out and starts writing. So I repeat my order to her 3 times to make sure she got it all and she said she did. After 15 minutes go by we are left wondering what happened to the garlic rolls we ordered as an appetizer because they never showed up. When the pizzas arrived I noticed that the pizza I repeated the order for 3 times was not what I ordered. So I politely informed the manager that my order was wrong and so he takes my pizza apologizes and says that they will remake my order. Seconds later the waitress that placed my incorrect order comes running to our table to apologize and say sorry 12 times for placing the wrong order. So therefore she insisted to retake my order and deliver me the right one. Another 15 min later I am brought another pizza and guess what, my order was wrong again. Here I am in disbelief that they messed up my pizza not once but twice. Like.. bruh.. I come up to the manager again and I tell him that my order was incorrect once again and he apologizes again and says he will discount my pizza. Again comes running the waitress that placed my order wrong twice to say sorry 16 times like it was going to change the order in front of me. To top it off, the discount I received for not one but two incorrect orders was a whopping $5. Like the audacity lmao.
