What an absolutely phenomenal dining experience! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were transported straight to Havana with the vibrant atmosphere, authentic décor, and the most incredible aromas wafting from the kitchen. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish burst with authentic Cuban flavors that clearly came from family recipes passed down through generations. The churrasco was tender and perfectly seasoned, practically melting off the fork. The oxtail was succulent and perfectly seasoned to make our taste buds dance. And don’t even get me started on the plantains – crispy on the outside, sweet and creamy on the inside, absolutely divine! But what truly made this evening extraordinary was our server, Julia. She is an absolute gem and the epitome of hospitality! Julia’s knowledge of the menu was impressive – she guided us through the options with genuine enthusiasm and made perfect recommendations based on our preferences. Her warm personality and infectious smile made us feel like we were dining with family rather than just being served at a restaurant. Julia anticipated our every need without being intrusive, kept our drinks perfectly topped off, and checked on us at just the right moments. When we had questions about the ingredients and preparation methods, she took the time to explain everything with such passion for the cuisine. You can tell she genuinely cares about ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. The entire staff clearly takes pride in their work, but Julia went above and beyond to make our celebration truly special. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevated an already outstanding meal into an unforgettable evening. Don’t ever order under “order online” button. I made the mistake and ordered my food at 6:02pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:38pm where no lights were on except for the “open” sign on the window, it kind of looked like the restaurant was closed. I get to the pick up window to find out they did not have my order. The girl called another coworker who said she had just received my order… I had to sit in my car for 20 mins and when she brought the food, I asked if the extras that I ordered were all in there. She rolled her eyes and shook her head while getting my flan. After a minute, she comes with the flan and I asked for my extra cilantro sauce. She said it was not on the order so I had to show her my online order again to prove and this time she took longer to bring it to me with a little attitude. I told her that she shouldn’t be upset with me when they were the ones that delayed my order and she said she was not the one that received my order. Not ordering from there again, really...
