I have NEVER had a worse experience at ANY fast food restaurant. The two kids working were WAY more concerned about flirting with each other than actually providing service to anyone. We went to the drive-thru because there was not a single car in line or at the window, waited for about 7 minutes before someone took our order. Waited for another nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the window...the window through which I can clearly see two teenagers engrossed in conversation and not another soul. She took my payment, didn't offer a reciept. Finally receive our food with no pleasantries or courtesy, AND no straws. Wait another 3-5 minutes for her to open the window again and say "what do you need". Asked for straws, they were handed over without a single word. Drove off only to figure out they got the order wrong. Took my food inside and patiently waited for 2-3 minutes for them to pause their conversation long enough to acknowledge that I was there (I'm the only person in there beside these two workers). Told her what was wrong with the order, not mad or rude about it in anyway, she gave me a look and said "ok" then snatched the bag from me and tossed it in the trash dripping in attitude. She had to ask me what was in the sandwich I had ordered. I was handed a new sandwich again with ZERO courtesy. If I wasn't trying so hard to restrain myself from slapping the attitude off this girl (or if I was more of a Karen) I would have asked where their manager was, because they sure as stink weren't managing the productivity or attitude of...
Read moreI normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ was unacceptable and honestly disappointing. I stopped in for a quick breakfast and was met with some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered in a customer service setting and it came directly from the manager.
When I asked a simple question about a menu item being out of stock, the manager responded with clear irritation and a condescending tone, as if I was bothering them just by speaking. I tried to clarify my order and was immediately cut off mid-sentence with a dismissive, “It’s not that hard,” in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed and completely disrespected.
I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, but there is no excuse for being rude and impatient — especially from someone in a leadership role. A manager sets the tone for the entire store, and in this case, it created a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone.
