McDonalds as a franchise continues to disappoint me with the service level provided. Basic order taking and delivery. I have tried 2 different McDonalds this week in the area and both struggle to take simple orders. My first visit to this McDonalds three days ago, I ordered three sausage biscuits, to which the reply was that they only had one sausage left (at 7 am) so I left and went to another McDonalds that had trouble understanding the order and then messed up the vanilla iced coffee (didn't put vanilla in it). So I returned today to give them another chance. I was in the inside lane and pulled up, they finished the order of the person in front of me and then took the outside lane order, then proceeded to take 2 more orders from cars in the outside lane, so I just drove up to the window and explained that I needed to order because she wasn't taking orders from the inside lane. She didn't apologize and just frustrated said what do you want to order. Then after ordering, I pulled up to the window and was handed part of my order and then asked to pull in spot number 1. WHERE I WAITED MORE THAN 5 MIN. 3 sausage biscuits, 1 coke, 1 frappe and 1 iced coffee and I have to wait. No MORE visits ever to any McDonalds. SERVICE SUCKS and food is not...
Read moreAfter getting to the menu to place my order I waited 5 minutes to have some take my order. At the pick up window the young lady hands me an orange juice. I inform her that wasn't mine. She just looks at me with a blank stare. I said I have 3 sweet teas. She says sweet tea ok and hands me 1 tea and nodes her head. I then repeat my order to her 2#6 and a big breakfast and 3 sweet teas. I show my receipt and realized there's a communication barrier as she looked at the receipt and shrugged her shoulders. The entire time her coworker was standing there looking and not offering her coworker any help or myself for that matter. She looked like this is not in my pay grade. I get my food it appears to be correct. Only to get back to my hotel to find none of the teas are sweet, the sausage was missing off of one of the mcgriddles. I would have went back but why bother. My flight back home leaves tomorrow and it's not like I will ever come back to this McDonald's. I do see why it took long to order my food. The poor girl giving the food doesn't understand...
Read moreEmployees on a power trip? I came through the drive thru the other night. I ordered two meals both with large fries. I asked if I could have 5 ranch to go with our meals and the lady looked super annoyed by that. She stared at me for a minute and then told me no that I could have two. I was confused and even offered to pay for the extra sauce if that was the issue and she still refused. Before I could say anything else she handed me two sauces and shut the window on me. It was extremely rude and the people at this location are typically pretty nice so I was caught off guard. Like I said I offered to pay for the extra sauces so that we could enjoy our meal and was still denied.
