Its not a good pawn shop anymore since they got all of these new people in here. They expect things to be in new condition but its a pawn shop things going to be in like new condition. For example I had a new console i had for years online it was about 300 dollars so instead of the regular worker helping the new guy took me and said because. The box wasn't new he could only offer me 50 dollars for it. The console was 15 years old and haven't been used with the wrapper on everything. I ordered a gun off of the internet and had to have it shipped to a Federally licensed firearm dealer, so I chose Pawn Shops America as they are licensed. They very promptly sent the required paperwork to the seller, and called me when it came in. The transaction went very smoothly with Jason from PSA! Ripped me off. I bought a lawnmower that started fine at the store. Once we got to try to mow the yard with it, we were barely into it when it stopped and was leaking oil everywhere. When I put new oil it in, it leaked out immediately. The mower was apparently fixed just enough to start at the store. The engine was cracked. I took it back and they wouldn't give me anything, not any money back or another mower.
