Burger King — Restaurant in Danville

I walked into reatauraunt at roughky 1:10 pm. Three people in lobby no one in line ordered my food and went to make my drink. I have never seen such a nasty restaurant! There were people on line without gloves two baskets of fries cooked and hanging above the grease just waiting to serve to a customer! The drink condiment area was absolutely disgusting! A huge ouddle of tea all iver the cloor yet wet floor caution sign there ! Jetchip trash drink everywhere and i do mean everywhere looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in hours! I began to take pictures not one vut two employees came out to see what was going on neither responded to the mess either literally or verbally! While waiting for my made to order sandwitch I then asked for a manager to advise her of how nasty it was she basically blew me off until I let her know that I had taken photos and would be contacting corperate office and posting on social media. She tgen asked someone to get a mop and clean the floor. I received my food and sat down to eat and fries were cold i opened my burger and it had no bacon no chz not on a seedless bun and not cut in half. I returned with the burger and was told it would ve a few more minutes. Received burger second time cold fries again and the burger still wasnt right but I want gonna waste another 15 minutes! Not busy no excuse for the reatauraunt bwing so nasty or the service being so poor with as many peopletgat were working. The lady on the line was polite and apologetic this was a feew member . On March 28,2025. I went through the drive thru with my daughter and we ordered:

Two Whopper Junior Sandwiches with cheese on both. One with no pickles and plenty of onions. One Large Fry

I said to the person to make sure our order was fresh and hot and for them to Cook-To-Order. Keep in mind my daughter was on the clock and we couldn’t call in because she does DoorDash. Anyways, we brought our receipt the next day (today) as she had an order come in from that exact restaurant. The manager on shift was extremely rude and another employee was in the back office talking about it and being disrespectful, rude and highly unprofessional. If they didn’t want this job then they need to find a suitable profession for them. It was uncalled for the way we was treated on today and for this reason we refuse to spend another dime, penny, nickel or dollar for this particular Burger King. We understand the job can be stressful but you can’t HALF do your job. When you have a complaint you should be glad to serve the customer that paid their hard earned money to purchase merchandise.
