Burger King — Restaurant in Danville

I love Burger King but I noticed something today that I'm not a fan of. My husband got me the Impossible Whopper which I love he got it without the onions which is fine they give me headaches anyway I noticed it had mustard instead of the mayo . A whopper is Lettuce , Tomato,Onion , Pickle and cheese ( if added) . Well mine had no lettuce and no tomatoes as well . That's not a whopper I got a Impossible cheeseburger. If you can't make it the way it's supposed to be done then change the name to regular burger not a whopper. Although I like mustard I love Mayo on my Whoppers. It's been a year since I went to this particular Burger King. Needless to say I'll not be going back until they get better management. My husband and I both ordered double whooper with cheese , my husband gets his food they give him a single whooper with no cheese so I take it back up and they make it a double whooper , then I check my order mine was supposed to be a double whooper with cheese , extra mayo and extra pickles I get a double whooper no cheese, no lettucen, no tomatoes, no nothing but ketchup, I take it back up the hand me my second sandwich and it's still wrong this time no cheese . I take it back and tell them this is the 3rd time I've been back up there and I want a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that they can't make a sandwich right . If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst service I've ever had in fast food. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before the lady taking orders said a word. Then I slowly tell her what I want, and I wait another 10 minutes for a response. Then she says "I'm sorry, what was that again?" And I say "nevermind" and she goes "next time learn how to talk into the speaker". Um no. Next time learn how to take someone's order. I loudly and slowly ordered my food. In plain clear English, the language that YOU speak. I shouldn't have to spell it out for you. Yall need to stop hiring drug addicts to work night shift because it's getting intense. I usually don't write bad reviews but I have never been to a place more consistently bad than this burger King. Every. Single. Time. I go there they serve everything cold, like they make a bunch of food and leave it sitting until they sell it all even if it takes hours. The only time I ever got hot food was when I stopped at night, so if your hungry during the day, don't go here. You'll get poor service and even worst food. They're understaffed so I understand they're frustrated but I literally watched a staff member yell at the customer in front of me over an order.
